Xyg12: Though it seems over, but it is not as Hausas have made their young ones to kill the igbos instead of snake first. I grew up in the North, and am 100% sure of this. I almost started writing a book on ' if the war is over' I know it will ignite more harm than good. If you ask me, that war ended in the mind of the SE but to the Northners, it haven't.
Things like yamiri wouldn't be known in the North, we would have seen ourselves as a nation but for someone to have an extent to which he can associate with you because you are from Igbo tells it all.
Why will you kill anyone who did nothing, just because sham from a particular region and you want me to believe the war is over?
For the sake of Nigeria, the unity and end to tribalism, that war should be addressed but I don't see any hope with 95% and 5% president. I truly understand where you are coming from and I really do hope we can forget the raging 45 year old issue. May my norther brothers forgive and forget. May my Igbo brothers be greatly consoled. It is well |

nduchucks: The above is a fair question, but a fairer question is which other group in our history has lost the core of its political elite, and some of their best military officers, all in one day's event, as the North lost January 15 and the few days thereafter?
Lets try to be rational and sensitive here. We all know that any kind of war or mass killing is wrong, but unnecessary name-calling may not be very helpful here. Your point is very valid |

naijaking1: Everytime a group fells slighted, what do they do? The master minds of those terroristic genocidal killings are still around today, living big, and making all sorts of childish excuses to justify their action. Unfortunately, the nation will never move forward in peace, justice, and progress until those basic evils are addressed--history tells us so. I had already said the happening at that time was rather unfortunate. |

The Oficers that were killed by the ibo coupist were Yorubas and middlebeltans including one ibo The two were big fries nah. Their death was enough to start 3 world War, no? It was an unfortunate happening. May there be peace in our nation. |

Here are the pictures. According to reports, The chupacabra is a legendary animal whose existence has been suggested but has not been discovered or documented by the scientific community. Physical descriptions of the creature vary. It is purportedly a heavy creature, the size of a small bear, with a row of spines reaching from the neck to the base of the tail.

Car Talk › Re: Locations Of All NL Mechanics (no Kazeem) by micklplus(m): 1:41pm On Jul 02, 2015 |
Denn: This discrimination against 'kazeem' gives me worry.
Our roadside mechanics might not be as schooled as we are or follow the latest mechanical trends but we can not totally write them off.
We have artisans and great innovators amongst them.
The average 'oyinbo' mechanic has access to genuine parts and diagnostic tools. He is possibly a dealership trained technician in his younger years and has access to the proper tools.
How many oyinbo panel beaters can fabricate a vehicle fender from a sheet of metal? What they do is just buy a new fender for less than 50 USD and bolt it onto place.
How many oyinbo 'rewire' can troubleshoot a wire connection using nothing but a tester (bulb and wire on a screwdriver) instead of simply replacing the harness.
Removing thermostats is just an unfortunate attempt to resolve or prevent an overheating condition. If they really had the proper technical education, they won't.
Just because we know that 20w50 is not the master oil for all cars or thermostat removal is a sin does not make us gods and them demons.
How many of us can do the really dirty work? Like removing an engine with nothing but your spanners and your physical muscle. Oyinbo will use a crane while sipping his morning coffee.
How many of us can try changing the head gasket of an 8 cylinder engine at noon in the open sun whilst changing oil on a celica, removing the rear struts of a pick up, 'flying' a bike to ladipo market to buy a transmission and still attending to a new Nairaland customer who wants to lecture on why abro atf is not an atf.
The day your fake brake pad decides to give way on lagos to Benin road, you will thank God we still have kazeems.
Let's honour them for being there and work on creating sensitization on modern technical practices.
I respect my kazeem. You are right you know. |

benzmatic: true talk I guess, many owners of the 4 cyl spec would swear by their cars, they are usually completely satisfied by it. Even some enthusiasts recommend driving the 4 cyl first before making a decision. I guess one has to drive both cars to really know. I haven't driven the 4 cyl before though, but the 6cyl has disc brakes front and rear, while the other has rear drum brakes, 240hp against 160hp also seems quite much when driving at extreme speeds, my bet is the 4cyl engine would be wailing by then. Both are excellent cars still. Very correct. I have driven the 6 cylinders and I must confess, khaki no be leather. I guess I could put in a little power at will because, I drive the manual. Again, I seldom do interstates so, the 4 plugs isn't a bad deal as I am not prepared to meet the Lord soon. Lol. |

You should have realised Tinubu is a fulfilled man in his own right.
As it stands, he has achieved almost all hes set out to achieve so, what's you point?
Who says business men don't take risk? . Some risks are only riskier. As is stands again, Tinubu pushed for buhari, he has it. He pushed for Osinbajo, he has it. He pushed for National chairman of APC, he has it.
