Nigerians deserve their useless leaders because they keep voting for them. All they do is party bashing on nairaland, pdp vs apc as if those political parties are any different from each other. Over 200 girls have been missing for over 5months now and all our leaders are doing is campaigning for elections.
The day Nigerians will go out and revolt against those animals and start believing God will not come down from heaven and do what they are supposed to do for themselves, maybe Nigeria will have a chance.

I was believing this article until i saw Canada in it. Adding Canada to that list makes no sense at all, It's one of the most peaceful countries on earth. Op must have been smoking too much weewee when he wrote that.
Car Talk › Re: Your Opinions: Can Innoson Compete With Giants Like Toyota & KIA In Nigeria? by mickyarams: 10:21am On Sep 09, 2014
omar22: Volkswagen is the parent company of Audi

BMW owns the Mini

Open, Vauxhaull and Chevy are all part of the GM group
The polish Polonez has got Fiat engine in them and the poles are proud of it. Mazda 2 and 3 have got ford engines in them and does not affect its Japanese heritage in anyway. The Indian Tata had humble beginnings like innosson and today they own Jaguar Landrover in England.
Innosson might be assembling different vehicle components here but we should celebrate the thousands of jobs that will create instead of going on how it's not 100% Nigerian.

AlfaSeltzer: Do you know that toyota and kia design their own cars?
Do you know that toyota and kia parts are not produced in china?
Do you know that toyota and kia don't just stamp their badges on someone else's cars?

Don't compare ingenuity and mediocrity.
You know you are a silly doughnut, typical black man with a crab mentality. How many cars has your father produced??
Do you know that some models of Skoda and Volkswagen run on Audi engine, the new Mini run on BMW engine, cars like Dacia run on Renault engine, opel, Vauxhall and Chevrolet all run on GM motors engine.
Politics › Re: Boko Haram: 1200 Terrorists Killed In Bama As GEJ Declares Full-scale War by mickyarams: 6:26pm On Sep 06, 2014
Too little too late after so many innocent people have lost their lives. He should have declared full scale war on bokoharam and their sponsors two years ago not when the general election is around the corner. Nigeria politicians should start putting the interest of the masses before their selfish political ambitions.

Politics › Re: Is Nigeria A Failed State? by mickyarams: 4:41pm On Sep 06, 2014
This question is like asking if the pope is a Catholic.
For a country to be a functional state, it needs to meet the following criteria:
1. Security for its citizens both home and abroad.

2. Free quality compulsory education for its citizens to secondary school level at least.

3. Uninterrupted power supply at least 90% of the year.

4. Free quality health care for all its citizens like the NHS in the UK or a private health insurance scheme like the system in USA.

5. Good transportation network such as multilane motoways and rail links connecting all the major cities in the country.

6. Affordable housing and welfare system to help the unemployed and many more.....

Arobam: But you can't even spell the "Nobel prize" and you have the effrontery to call the President dumb. Your dumbness makes dumb jealous.
You must have been born on a highway because that's where most accidents happen. It's a shame your birth certificate was an apology letter from the condom factory. Silly cretin!
Foreign Affairs › Re: Ghana Economy Is A Mess!!!! by mickyarams: 10:01pm On Sep 04, 2014
Amya: Nigerians never get defensive about their country. I know for a fact we are our own worst critic.

The Irony in this whole argument is simply this, if ghana is so awesome with every thing in place and no slums and all, then why getting all worked up and defensive?

If say a Nigerian goes up to an American to tell him that Nigeria is better than an America, do you think the american will work up some sweat and go to dig up articles all in the bid to prove that America is better than Nigeria? No! He'll just smile and ignore the Nigerian completely.

Spewing insults while foaming at mouth does not change the fact that both countries still have a long way to go. I understand patriotism, but I think it ends simply at stating reasons why you love your country, not trying to bring down another all in the bid to make yours better.

A lot of you folks need to grow up.

Well, if Nigeria is as bad you are describing it, then stop comparing your beloved country with it then, you can compare it with Japan or Switzerland if that makes you feel good and leave we Nigerians alone. ok??

PetroDolla3: hahahaha you guys are simply pathetic! hahaha half of Ghana in nigeria? is that a joke? in nigeria where people eat from the dustbin? where life expectancy is 52 years? where 90% of the people don't have electricity? 90% of youths don't have jobs? where killing a human being is as easy as killing a chicken? where women are being trafficked abroad en masse into pr0stitution? hahahahahahaha your country is as joke! I won't even allow my dog to get any where close to that certified MUMU country grin grin grin
The picture you attached to your post includes countries like India and China, do you seriously want to tell me Ghana is better or has a better standard of living than those countries?? Do you know the population of those countries you listed there with regards to the amount of poor people living in those countries? Even the USA has more poor people living in it than the whole population of ghana, you can google it yourself, and does not mean Ghana is better than the US, you cannot even compare Ghana with the worst American slum.

Or did they not teach you ratio and proportion in school if you attended onehuh

Your analogy makes no sense at all.

The Nigeria president should get a nobel price for being so dumb. The guy is just too daft to do anything. You have to feel sorry for those poor soldiers when all their bosses are glorified morons. How can you send those guys to war with inadequate weapons, how can the soldiers that are putting their lives on the line have to be begging the government for armours and weapons. Over 200 girls have been missing from this country for over 4 months now and our president is busy celebrating with the governor of Osun state over their election victory with over 5000 soldiers guarding them. This country is just a joke.

Boko Haran should teach Yoruba Soldiers a good lesson
.
4cktards like you are the reason why this country is screwed. Must you bring tribalism into this?? Just keep your xenophobic opinion to yourself if you don't have anything serious to contribute.

Politics › Re: President Jonathan Sick, Flown to Germany for Urgent Medical Treatment by mickyarams: 5:11pm On Aug 23, 2014
I wonder how many world leaders travel to Nigeria for medical treatment. Are these leaders not even ashamed of themselves when they feel the need to travel abroad for any minor sickness because they can't invest in proper health care in Nigeria. Another reason why Nigeria will continue to be a backward and hopeless nation for a long time.
