kindly confirm from students ọ̥я people who paid ƒσя †hε scratch card if they have received there pin, through his post on facebook... Because this is †hε first time am hearing this. No body has complained about VNTI before. He has been helping students giving them informations/details about schools in Nigeria... I do follow his post on facebook.
