Can someone please enlighten me on how Nepa bill is been paid, I am suspecting my landlord is scamming me, he is always coming for nepa bill payment and i pay without really giving it a thought.
Last 2 weeks, he came to collect nepa bill and i asked him which month cos i noticed i pay almost every time, he said am paying for February month and i gave him, just yesterday he came again for another nepa payment and the funniest thing is, this very bill is higher with 1k than the one i paid 2 weeks ago, 'haba! oga, i just paid 2 weeks ago, which one is this again' after much stammering, he said 'March; and i know before March ending he will come again.
Pls, is there anyway bill can be paid at the beginning of the month, how will they know the electricity we consumed when the month is just starting...am confused ooo.
