Mary Poppins Returns has box office projections of around $70m for opening weekend.

Into the spiderverse has box office projections of around $30-$40m for opening weekend same with Bumblebee but it could get better.

Aquaman most realistic box office projections for opening weekend is $65-$70m if not more.

Ticket sales for Aquaman broke records and WB moved up release dates in some countries and gave fans the chance to see it on Amazon prime one week earlier plus booking 100 more theatres for the movie due to high demand.

Take those box office projections with a pinch of salt.

From now till the release dates those December movies will do more marketing and early screenings to get more buzz.

So this argument is best revisited on the last week of December.

The Wire is a masterpiece

It's maybe not as enjoyable as other shows because it can be very dense and hard to follow and heavy, but I don't think any show is as engrossing and complex and incredibly well-written as The Wire. Literally any character could be someone's favourite, and that's definitely true. I'm not sure there's a single character who isn't in some way interesting, entertaining, or unique. Even fairly minor characters like Wallace or Slim Charles leave a huge impression.
