good morning nairalanders, I am a landlord and have tenant living in two rooms apartment,one room apartment. these tenant had to quarrel on space to hang close to various unnecessary issue.
I have called them severally to settle and harmonise them, but its getting toxic day by day. I want to ask, can I the landlord go and make affidavit of good conduct and have them all sign it in order to tame them.

They may not necessary have intention to look for trouble as the primary is to feed,tend and do their security job for their animals, however because of communication barriers and sufficient education&information, they tend to encroach into area they not supposed to enter, and when members of such community yell at them to take their cattle away, most times they feel offended. it is a long standing issue, and sometimes it snowball to conflict.so don't tell us some are killer herdsmen, making it look like others are non-killer herdsmen, all herdsmen have killer instinct because the basic criteria that qualfies a fulani to move around with cattle is the ability to secure them, at worst with extreme measure. so when you have issue with cattle herders they will always unleash terror as they are trained to be.
