This administration has never accepted responsibility of any happening since they clinged to power. they either blame GEJ past administration or PDP rule for 16years to buy time or deflect the masses from attacking them.just surprised this time they didn't blame GEJ or PDP 16yrs rule. |

slurity1:ohooo, your boss have to take responsibility, most people were alleged by this EFCC that people stolen monies in the past administration intead of them mentioning them names of the people' all what we see from print and online media is Jonathan's minister,Jonathan's cousin wife,Jonathan's media aid,Jonathan's blablaaaaaaa as if the people don't have names, they must quote Jonathan's in order to maybe drag his name to the mud while the culprits names are hidden.so don't be pained, the people and media are doing their jobs |
midolian:There's a parameters of acceptable behavior it is called code of ethics, every thing cannot be written in a constitution so be re-educated today that a police department’s “code of ethics” usually exists separately from the formalized set of rules and regulations (constitution). I am yet too see public institutions that accept workplace romance because such person can be easily found in a compromising act in terms of promotion and job functions. An illicit affairs is-illicit, because it is not a legally accepted relationship(marriage) infact it has 'amounted to a breach of the standards of professional behaviour.' people of good conscience will not cover what is wrong by saying it's right.if this report is true that IG can have romantic affairs with any officer he likes and you support it, then you lack integrity as a person. For instance it is not in Nigeria constitution or police act/code of conduct for a serving officer to post photo of himself in uniform on dating sites but when they do such, they surely will be disclined. |

it's quite unfortunate when I see comments on nairaland, people have lost humanity.no love for another .celebrating killings of fellow human like them in name of politics, tribalism, religious fanaticism, ethnicity, hatred, greed, etc. God this generation have really disappointed You Big time.you gave us two commandments In New testament, people here on nairaland can't keep any. one thing you should remember this world of politics will surely pass away, everything will pass away,God's commandment still stand. if you type a comment here to support killings of anyone and believe you will pray to God the next moment, sorry he will not answer YOU. because the heart of these men is desperately wicked towards humanity against God's commandment. God cannot be mock.Until you repent from evil ways and support killings of any human on earth, be it any tribe religion, region. God wil never answer your prayers.I am happy for one thing which everyone wont escape, judgement, even soldiers, supporters of soldiers, commanders of soldiers, civilians and me writing these txt will face it. write ups here are pathetic to God's word and Love.My people have a change of heart so that Africa can be good. |
feelings1:no matter how strigent that bail conditions are it connote Nnamdi Kanu was released technically and logically unconditionally by the Laws governing Federal Republic of Nigeria. no matter the debate on his bail, the laws of the constitution supercede the conditions of bail outside the constitution. if you say he violated the bail conditions which is provision against the constitution, yes you can be right on that. Another way of unconditional release is granting bail which is againt provisions of the constitution based on technicalities |

this got me thinking, a citizen has a right to express his thoughts, ideas and believe so long as it is not provoking or inciting criminal activities. so my question is:Can a person or groups seek a break up as an legitimate right of their thought, so long it's not inciting criminal activities is the process obtainable in this country, will Nigeria put it into plebiscite, to decide the choice of the people. support your arguments/debate with facts. The ball has started rolling. Debate startsThank you if 'yes' WHY, if 'no' WHY |

This morning it was reported as follow Acting president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has left Nigeria for Rwanda to attend the inauguration of President Paul Kagame. In a statement released by Laolu Akande who is the senior special assistant to Osinbajo on media and publicity, he said the acting president left the country on Friday, August 18 for Kigali. .y humble question is who will be in the helm of affairs of the country at this moment, since they like using the popular take 'no vacuum in government' |

They said that there's no vacuum in Nigeria presidency, that PMB constitutionally transferred power to the vice to coordinate the affairs of the country. My questions is who is in- charge of this country when osibanjo travels out of the country. |
good day, I have applied but I couldn't upload my bsc and nysc because they don't accept jpg format, little did I know that jpg can be converted to pdf. I have submitted before knowing it can be converted. I don't know what to do so that they can receive my converted certificates file. please can anyone suggeste options for me |
again do you people notice there is indeed vacuum in government as opposed to what they contrary say 'no vacuum' . the president gave osibanjo(vice) to constitute a committee to investigate Osborne tower 'ikoyigate' cash and babachir grasscutting scandal and to submit to the president in few weeks. today he becomes acting, the issue is dead because it is unconstitutional for osibanjo( acting) to submit it to himself. also osibanjo cannot be chief commander of the arm forces in Nigeria as acting, the constitution does not provide such. infact, he does not have exclusive powers as a president since he's acting on his principal behalf. he can handle a dicey situation without the consent of his boss. yeah that's the gap. its time for the few that hold this country on the scrotum to set it free. |
the president has been out for 96 days today 12th august, previously has was out for 51 days this years 2017.about 146 days, no public servant is expected to be out of job this long in the world as well as Nigeria. law is the law no doubt, he transferred power constitutionally, but can every right step be in the constitution? answer is No. justice for what is right should out weighs law. should everyone be pleased if the president is said to be full of integrity stays out this long out of governance and yet nobody knows what is wrong with him.If anyone says he/she knows what's is wrong please let them tell us. we can't see him, some says he's is incommunicado (no access to him). the test of Integrity is morality. morally has he done well, been out of governance of the country as the number one public servant?ministers and advisers are employees of the president, they say anything mischievously because they are doing their job. I can't blame them, they are safe guarding their jobs. Gej would have solve some of these issues if he had instituted judicial commission of inquiry of late umaru yaradua smuggling and handling, by now these kind of situation would have possibly been addressed. biblically the law vs what is just played out: Jesus heal a man on Sabbath day against Jewish law, the Pharisees inquiry why he did such a thing. note the law is the law, however what is right outweighs law, he asked if anyone who has a donkey and it fell into a well will not save it. you see, every right thing to do cannot be in the law. again in Nigeria, restrictions of movements for environmental sanitation exercise is not in the constitution ( but morally it is right to clean the environment) yet people are restricted and arrested for movement in such hours. it suffice me to say what is right and just in special situation outweighs laws made with alot of lacuna. maybe if the president is allowed to come out and speak for himself, humbly he will say he want to resign. maybe he is held against his will( that literary is what i meant by kidnapped) by those whose desires are to keep their selfish interest in this present situation. brothers, sisters, fathers, and mothers, the truth is that a sick person can never think of been a president, or holding on his wealth, except of how to get well. if you asked any question other than how immediately he can get well, is dead on arrival to them. the president may want to resign because I believe he has sacrificed more to this country on moral ground(integrity) but been prevented by few persons. Politicians please save this nation. Good morning Nigeria |
dynamixdan:I call it the Esau's mentality in the bible, thats what's playing out amongst many Nigerians. Abel was blessed in the bible but sold his birthright(blessings) because of stomach infrastructure. today I'm not surprised to see people trooping to do same for a president that claims he has integrity but won't return to govern or resign if he's impaired to carry out his functions. a president voted for cannot tied down the economy of a country with his private issues. it takes a very healthy man to govern. the mindset of blacks in Nigeria is faulty because of the structure of our economy. living things must survive that's one of its characteristics, so when we create a society of jungle with faulty constitution that have lacuna, then ppl will troop out at any price to sell their right. for those who says PMB has not broken any law, its true. law is d law however we cannot sacrifice justice for the law, what is right should be adopted because of integrity and not the law alone.law doesn't make every situation right. similar thing about law happened in the bible, Jesus asked them a question after he healed a man on Sabbath day which they accused him of not following the law. which man will have his donkey drown and will not save it on Sabbath day, law is law, but you must do what is deem right in the eyes of pple even if it is not the law |
