BizBloke:
[b]BANK/PAYPAL PAYMENTS (CHINA, USA, UAE & UK) VIA SPECUIT PAY
In the case of purchasing from Alibaba where payment has to be made in Chinese currency or to an account in China, a $25 transfer fee is levied on the sum of money payable ($100-$2,999) and a $50 transfer fee is levied on the sum of money payable ($3,000 and above) by Specuit Cargo to the seller, manufacturer or wholesaler in question.

Specuit Cargo or Specuit Pay will not be held liable for any payment that is a scam from the seller. This service is provided for you at your discretion and any loss encountered isn’t borne by Specuit Cargo or Specuit Pay.

DELAYED PICK UP/STORAGE FEE
Every client has a period of 3 days to pick up his/her products from our office in Lagos, Nigeria. When these 72 hours are over, a STORAGE FEE of $2.50/item starts reading on each item every day and the client must pay this before he/she picks up.

It's better and wiser to pick up your product(s) on time to avoid the storage fee which will keep accruing every day.

Best regards.

You people only operate within Lagos?? What about us outside Lagos State??

Investment / Re: How To Start A Real Estate Business With $100 And Make Up To 300% Return by mikaildove32(m): 3:02pm On Aug 15, 2014
philipobiz: Real Estate business is one of the most lucrative businesses today. The earnings from it is far far higher than shares and interest earned from bank deposit. Within a short time you can make over 300% returns when several properties bought are flipped (bought at a good price renovated and resold).

Unfortunately, this kind of business is the exclusive preserve of the rich. Warren Buffet one of the richest men said "Along with equities, single family homes are very atractive investment right now". He also said on CNBC he would "buy up a couple hundred thousand single family homes" if it were practical for him. His wish came through when he got into a franchise. Right now you dont need millions like Warren buffet to be involved.

The good news now is, you can start with a small amount through companies that employs the concept of crowd funding. These companies are few. Through due delegence I was able to get one.
