To start with, you can apply for jobs that require your skills in Norway. A lot of job adverts are available here: https://www.jobbnorge.no. If you are able to get one then every other thing will follow.

How long does it take and what is the price

For my case, the relocation service center of my school applied on my behalf. I only sent to them the required documents. Since I am going for PhD, my case falls under skilled workers, and to get a resident permit for work, I had to pay 5400NOK. My application took 4weeks before it was approved by UDI.

Yes you are right. I did BSc.(Hons) and not BSc. So I'm qualified to undergo a master degree in any SA school provided my NQF grade meet their requirements .

They will send it back to you with your NQF grade. Besides, if you want saqa to send to the school you want to apply to, they can but it will incure more money to do that.

Yes you can use it to apply for any school in SA.

Ticket is within 110k to 380k depending on the airline. South africa ariways is more expensive. Kenya air and ethopia are cheaper.

To do that, you have to first do saqa evaluation of your result to know your NQF grade.

It depends on the qualification you are going for in SA. For example, I am going for a Master degree and so I needed to evaluate my B.Sc.(Hons) results (The transcript and the certificate) including my WAEC and passport (All documents must be certified). First you have to complete an online application. The total amount is R1163 excluding the DHL cost.
