Usually anything that requires marketing isn't worth it and the owners know, that's why they don't spend money on advertising instead looking for poor unfortunate jobless desperate graduates to be working on commission.

Nigeria, which way? When others are celebrating and commissioning high technological achievement, we're celebrating a pencil making factory. Pencil which is likely to the result of assignment given to some student overseas is what some youth with devote their time to all in the name of employment. Nigeria will surely be great again!

Slow and steady we are getting there

How much do you think this factory is worth, you will be surprise it won't cost more than the price of a new Range rover evoque 2016. I watch production line videos daily on youtube and some of this production lines doesn't cost much to setup and install.

I won't be surprised if this is a private investment from one person, look at how many persons are employed.

When next you see a celebrity posting the latest fleet of cars he've acquired, think of factories like this that could be setup and gainfully employ people.

What if the billions Nigerians invested in Ponzi schemes were used to setup things like this.

We can come to get, pull resource together and invest in productive ventures that substitutes importation like this.
the problem is Nepa. You need a whole lot of ppl to come together to buy gas turbine vs do this

This is clearly meant to be a joke, at least it seems so to be but then again is this combination so impossible to find? Some of the points are really just different ways of saying the same thing. for instance:

Points 2, 3, 7 can be summed up as being well educated and well employed. Are there well educated and well employed women out there? Yes.

1, 5, 6 simply relate to being a natural woman with good looks. (note he didn't ask for pretty face). So are there well educated, well employed women who are natural beauties? Yes.

Most young women of today are already point 4.

8,11, 12, 13 are the same point about good character

10 and 14 are unreasonable.

But overall, can a man find a woman with good character, who likes sex and knows how to cook, is well educated with a good job and has good looks? Walk into the nearest bank branch and you sure to find women who fit this description.

Im not concerned with how he got there and the team he put around him to have gotten there... that time has passed, no sense in crying over spilled milk but im concerned about his and his team's level of awareness and competency as to what it requires to be in such a role...

Additionally, checks and balance applies not only to law making but also applies to the fact that for example he can't make an executive decisions/order to go an blow somewhere up unless placed in front of Congress all because someone looks at him wrong OR has an opinion or point of view different than his OR do and undo because he feels like it... there is a process... this is far different than Trump towers...

I could be here all day explaining why there are vast differences but theres no need to I just know because I live and breathe it daily... don't take my word for it... however each and everyone is entitled to be as aware or as unaware as their heart desires wink
my madam at the top. It is just as easy as hiring and firing. It's just I hate writing so I may not be able to convince you. Checks and balances only comes with writing bills and spending money. Don't know how this is going to be achieved. I've been to Ikire in Osun state & seen how they load trucks of cocoa to Lagos everyday & I believe other places like Ikirun & co does in Osun alone, same with other states. The problem is the quality of this products.......most of them are rejected because of moistness & most farmers or merchants deliberately had dirt's & stones so the bags can weigh & transport to, police disturbs the trucks & collect 'roger' too. If the government can do something to curb these problems & sanction anyone who does & make the cocoa price stable, it would help a lot.

I know this cause my dad is a cocoa merchant & those are some of the problems they face

First of all, exporters of the commodity has to be highly encouraged. More than 40% of cocoa leaving the shores of this country are leaving as 'ghost' unrecorded; they are being smuggled out because of the wide margin between the official and the black market rates. How easy is it to export cocoa out of the country as we speak? What registrations and levies are standing in the way? Take care of all those before seeing the farmers!

Ha! Everybody is always quick to hark freedom of speech, but forgetting about freedom of the press. Trump demonised himself by saying, doing or in some cases blatantly avoiding in places where it could eventually be revealed. He appears to not understand that he is going to be POTUS and all the things it entails. One of the questions he was trying to avoid during that disaster of a press conference was his inability to show his tax returns (still... dey go fear this man). It also appears the man still wants to profit from his businesses during his tenure as the POTUS. Claiming that his businesses will be run in a blind trust by his sons. grin grin Or were you one of those gullible folks fooled by his stack of folders? Look, when the US Ethics committee is publicly complaining about the blurred lines of this arrangement, one has to take note.

At the end of the day, we shall see, when some misled folks will finally realise that Trump has literally been dodging and blowing smoke up their arses. The man is a skilled knave at misdirection & lying. I applaud him for playing to his strengths. He should spend less time on his Twitter account and start carry himself like an actual President and not a petulant child. 70 is not the new 12. This is the same man that during his campaign, helped the weird rumour spread - Ted Cruz's father being JFK's assassin. Plus, he was one of those who kept going on about Obama's birth certificate. Amazing, how he can't show his own tax returns. He wants people to be held accountable, as long as it's not him. Let's hope he surprises us all by being competent. These are interesting times.
