they haven't been beaten in 43 games and have lost just once in about 5 years. Ivory Coast is the only team so far that have subdued our boys and Sweden to an extent. But we've learnt from those blunders
we didn't lose to Sweden in d under 17.we played 3 all in d 2nd game and walloped them 3nil in d semis. We only lost to CIV in d ayc in morroco.

Is that a joke or something? grin many of you did what! Supported Ghana? grin you think you are talking to some mumus, huh? grin fuckeduppedness grin the generality of nigerians will support any team so long as they are playing Ghana grin I am talking from what I have seen with my krokro eyes, not what I was told grin the Nigerian hatred. For anything Ghanaian is legendary grin fuckeduppedness grin

Let me give you one example. There is radio station in Abuja called brilla FM owned by Larry osamuje or some dude like that. I remember on one particular day the DH was playing Ghanaian music and listeners started calling in to the station to stop playing Ghanaian music. The calls were so many that the DJ had to stop! I get more gists to butress my point the average nigerian would not wish anything good for Ghana grin
that means u live in Abuja? I don't think that is true cos Nigerians love visitors. In fact most Nigerians go Gaga listening to Ghanaian and makosa music. I don't believe u bro

I haven't subscribed for dstv for 2 mnths now so I wouldn't know if the ait and NTA in dstv will show d matches. I watched Qatar vs Colombia earlier this morning 2am on NTA Abuja.

Awoniyi has to score 48 goals more for this team to equal Isaac's record..... Maybe this will help those '' anti-isaac'' get a glimpse of the reputation the guy has in this team since the team's genesis.
My thoughts exactly. Isaac is a beast in front of goal. The guy is good

hmmm. Memory of a bad game. A match we could have won conveniently if not for the selfish interest of obuh's boys most especially Okoro n Sani-but I won't blame them-it was really d fault of our rich men who promised 1m naira to d scorer for any goal been score... Their stupidity n selfish interest downed on dem when dat header went in. N dat was how most of dem spoil their carriers. if not for d likes of onazi n azeez de could have been a forgotten generation. We learn't our lesson in a hard way. Hope dis boys won't follow suit.

what's my business with Pellegrini? I dey follow una watch club football?

Obuh's over-aged 'Boys' what have they achieved since their showing in '09? How many have gone on to great footballing careers? That is how you know a great coach in the youth level. Not by how many cups he won or how many finals he made, but what became of the team he formed after the tournament.

Apart from Onazi, how many of Obuh's boys have good careers? Dude, I watched that '09 competition. There was no team spirit. Isn't it that squad that allowed their thirst for individual glory conquer their purposee for a trophy? Those guys that played rubbish and lost to Sweden at the finals. No be them be that?
they lost to switzerland not sweden. i watched the match live at the Abuja national stadium

which 6 goals? No be pesin get record of 11 goals for that tournament? We go show am say even if ma winch him be, even winch get oga for coven
safari why don't u like success? u don't sound happy whenever his name is mentioned here, truth is success remains one of the best 2 deadliest strikers naija has ever produced in this age cadre, the other being awoniyi, note i said strikers not goal-scoring midfielders like iheanacho. give the dude some respect smiley

Nigeria has not actually done well in U 20 level so I don't see or expect any expectation or surprises from this team, remember this is not U 17 so if the coach likes gather all the players that won the last U17 cup, I stil believe they can't perform especially against all mighty Brazil
2 am is not far, u will eat ur words and i advice u have more faith in ur flying eagles

guys watch this highlights of our under 20 final 2005 against argentina. note how slim mikel was then, also note how little (messi) lapuga atomica was too. this brought back sweet memories, check out our old players that made us proud then, players like solomon abwo, chinedu obasi ogbuke, adeleye, the late olubayo, john owoeri, onyekachi apam, the great taiye taiwo, isaac promise, gift atulewa, sani kaita and the midfield lubricator himself john mikel obi. ohhh the time is now for this present flying eagles to go a step beyond the 2005 set to clinch that coveted trophy for us for the 1st time. history beckons. talents abound in naija. the land is green

The funniest part of this tournament is that it gotta be a 'SHOCKER'
most of dis foreign soccer pundits are rootin for d South Americans(BRAZ N ARGEN) n Europes(GER N PORT) to carry d day. One thing I know is that Africa(NIGERIA in particular) will suprise dem when the tournament kickstart in proper. All dis their over hyped players will be under d shadow of our players-the Super flying eagles. Make dem start sef make we watch soccer in its raw. I know se dis guys go entertain us.
those white faced pigs will hide their faces in shame, they ve forgotten so soon how this same team in 2013 (then under 17)with the exception of just a few players humiliated their top european and south american teams, though lightening does not strike twice but this time it will. we will wallop them again. talents abound in naija. the land is green
