@OP

Create topics that are fun and/or educative.
If it makes frontpage, fine, if it doesn't, all well and good.
I think your goal should be to get people to read and share their views, not neccessarily yo make front page.
Only very few of my topics have made front page and I'm not bothered. That people replied at all made my day!
yeah u re right, some of my posts make front page some times (though that's not the point) but I'm just wondering why topics by her/him makes front page effortlessly even when more educative/funny /thought provoking and eye opening topics created by fellow NAIRALANDERS hardly make front page.

I have been seeing this username lalasticlala for a while now. But of recent i noticed that her/his (I don't know the sex of lala whether male/female) topics always make front page even though most of those topics are just not good enough to make front page. Sometimes I see 4 to 5 of her/his topics make front page in one day. I believe most NAIRALANDERS here have painstakingly created educative front page materials /topics at one time or the other without the mods bringing such topics to the front page. I tend to wonder and I ask, is lalasticlala a moderator here in nairaland or a blogger? @lala I'm only asking because I'm curious, nothing more.

Dearie ur story is touching to say the least, like most peeps have been saying here he probably didn't love u, the truth might sound bitter but if I were u I would pick d broken pieces of my heart and move on. Try and open ur heart to love once more, but please do not dwell on dating sites, most people u meet there might be fake. What state re u from in the US? Do u work? Are u aggressive in nature? Some men expecially Nigerian men hate women that are aggressive and domineering (hope u re not), take ur time to pray to God concerning this u will be glad u did. Keep ur fingers crossed dear for it is not over, u re a conqueror. God is ur strength. Stay blessed and keep believing for d best.

Bafana bafana was changed to Baghana baghana in support of Ghana. Some nigerians support Ghana but majority hate Ghana just like some Ghanaian like super eagles but majority hate them.

I miss the super eagles in this tournament, it gives much joy to see them loose as much as it give me the joy to see Ghana win.
hahahahaha the feeling is mutual bro. I always feel good seeing Ghana lose matches. That's is rivalry not hate. I love Ghana and Ghanaians. My grandparents lived in colonial Ghana for 35yrs so I can neva hate Ghana. My mum, aunties and uncles speak the language fluently. But I feel good whenever ur team lose. RIVALRY.

That's why we play the game, if Ghana is to loose to any team I will be glad if it is South Africa. They always support Ghana. If Ghana can't win then I hope South Africa goes all the way
South Africa support u? I don't think so, remember they gave u guys d name baghana. They hate ur guts. Only naija guys inspite of our rivalry supports Ghana.

congrats to you bro though ur team will still not qualify, Senegal and Algerian might go tru. I don't see Ghana beating South Africa in d last match, South Africa are more deadlier and faster not to talk of skillful than Algeria. If u find it difficult to break Algeria then South Africa will be a mountain for u.

Jordan ayew one of the weakest strikers I have seen so far. So slow and weak. Baby jet is not fit. Only Andrew ayew and atsu are playing well.
