So Proud! 43 Of The 96 Howard Univrsity Doctor Of Pharm Candidates Are Nigerians

Nigerian students made us all proud last Saturday at Howard University in Washington D.C,. Of the 96 graduating Doctor of Pharmacy candidates, 43 of them were Nigerians!
Not only that, 27 awards were presented, and 16 went to Nigerians.
Also, more than 400 students received professional degrees in law, medicine, pharmacy and dentistry.

U.S. President Barack Obama delivered the keynote address at the event.
Howard University has the only dental and pharmacy colleges in the District of Columbia. The graduates represented 46 states and 35 countries. The youngest graduate at the ceremony was 20-years-old and the oldest was 74.

I have nothing against tecno but if you actually bought an original Samsung S5 without factory faults, it should beat a camon c9 or even future c10. they are not mates in any way

Within the industry and among his circle, he’s known as Hakeem Effects.
I think that name doesn’t do much justice compared to the works of his hands. Gone are the days when Nigerians failed at creating proper special effects makeup to drive a certain message in a movie.

With the likes of Hakeem, Nollywood has amazing movies with good special effects scenes to show for. At least it keeps getting better. I hope we keep improving so the likes of us can be won over completely.

A fatal multiple automobile accident at the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, involving a fuel laden tanker which collided with a commercial bus, killing all the passengers including the driver on the spot.

The accident, which occurred at about 1:00 p.m. on Sunday around Fidiwo-Ajebo axis of the express road, involved a cement truck marked AJG 40 XA, a petroleum tanker truck with registration number RAN 571 XA and a passenger bus marked AGL 373 XR.
According to reports, the fuel tanker had attempted to overtake the cement laden Dangote truck at a road diversion point before a head-on collision with the passenger bus which was travelling to Lagos – in opposite direction.

Babatunde Akinbiyi who is the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Ogun state Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE), confirmed the accident. He said that all the 18 passengers in the bus and the driver died on the spot.

Akinbiyi explained that there had been an on-going repair works along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, which necessitated the road diversion at the point of the crash.

Recovery operation is still on-going, says the TRACE spokesman, with the combined efforts of TRACE personnel, men of the Nigerian Police as well as officials of the Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC), while the petroleum products being conveyed to Ibadan, Oyo State capital, was also being trans-loaded into another truck.

Controversial South African pastor, Penuel Mnguni, yesterday during his church service, went to a Mango tree and declared it to be KFC,Pizza and spaghetti. After the declaration, he commanded some of his members to eat from the tree as declared. Three of his members after eating the mango leaves, confirmed that what they ate is KFC,the other said it was Pizza and the last one said that it was spaghetti.
