walcolm: i am very vast in BB related issues because i have been using a BB for quite a while and despite having used other OS, BB has always been my main device...Finally there is a BB10 OS that has the capability to match and potential to outperform the current suite of competing OSs out there

What data bundle do u use for ur BB10. I did MTN 1.5 gig for 3,500. But I have I have less than 20mb now n its not up to a month. What do u advise

walcolm: i dont think its locked because you paid the full hardware cost...networks only lock devices when you get it for a very cheap price in exchange for a tenured contract./...that is not the case in Nigeria. i believe MTN has splashed the OS with their logo... it's only a soft branding and i'm sure you can pop another network sim into it

walcolm: Not sure MTN has started pushing the update out. find anybody with Etisalat sim card and go to a Wifi area. once you put the Etisalat sim in your Z10 and check for OS UPDATE, your phone will detect it and you can download the update

Chelsea have lodged a bid of £7m to trigger the release clause in Demba Ba's contract.
Newcastle have given the Blues permission to speak to the striker and he will not be considered for the Magpies' Premier League game with Everton at St James' Park tonight.
Chelsea officials held initial discussions with Ba's representatives earlier this week but were unable to reach an agreement on any potential deal.
The Senegal frontman, who joined Newcastle on a free transfer from West Ham in June 2011, already has 13 goals to his name this season and is being pursued by a number of clubs.
Newcastle released a statement which read: "Newcastle United can confirm Chelsea Football Club has made an official offer for Demba Ba which has triggered the release clause in the player's contract.
"The club has given the player permission to speak to Chelsea FC and therefore he will not be included in the squad for tonight's game with Everton."
Chelsea's interim manager Rafael Benitez is keen to add another striker to his squad to provide competition for Fernando Torres, claiming the club's £50m record signing would have no problem with being used in a rotation system.

Roberto Di Matteo leaves Chelsea after Champions League defeat

Manager Roberto Di Matteo has parted company with Chelsea, the club has announced.
Di Matteo won the Champions League and FA Cup as caretaker manager last season and was given a two-year deal in June.
But in the wake of the 3-0 defeat to Juventus, which has left the Blues on the brink of a Champions League exit, he has left Stamford Bridge.
"The club will be making an announcement shortly regarding a new first team manager," a statement said.
After an impressive start to the season, the Blues have won two of their last eight games.
They sit third in the Premier League table, four points behind leaders Manchester City.
The statement continued: "The team's recent performances and results have not been good enough and the owner and the board felt that a change was necessary now to keep the club moving in the right direction as we head into a vitally important part of the season.
"The club faces a difficult task ahead in qualifying for the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League as well as maintaining a strong challenge for the top of the Premier League while competing in three other cup competitions.
"Our aim is to remain as competitive as possible and challenge strongly on all fronts."
