Luggage sometimes get damaged from abroad , everything no be naija and in such cases u hVe to hold the airline accountable ,most Nigerians don't know there right we are only good at lamenting , I had similar case with KLM , notice the wheel of my Luggage was broken , na oyinbo wey I seat with tell me to contact the airline via app ,I did and I got back double amount I got the Luggage withing 4 working days ...I was paid 300 euro for a bag of 150 euros ...

There is nothin like Governance but good working institutions that will breed accountability and transparency like u stated... Its only in Nigeria will use the word governance while the west uses the term institutions..... Nigeria has no working institutions hence we cant talk about governance
