Miles300 thank you so much for your suggestion. Please can you enlighten on how to go about the wire transfer in Nigerian banks. I just don't want to act novice in the bank. You know what I mean, they (banks) always like to take advantages of any slight opportunity. #Lol

u need to av a domicilary account with one of the banks or if u av a family or friend that operates one they can help u transfer for u with there accounts ...so u will need to source for dollar at the black market to fund it .. Bank wil not give u dollar ..

Funny thing is that there isn't passport booklet nation wide, just a limited copy of 32 pages , no 64 pages anywhere .. Came back to nigeria to renew and was told to apply for 64pages that there isn't 32-- I applied and it took me 6 weeks to get my passport and it's base on one oga dat knows another oga in passport office that I reported d delay to , after waiting for one month and no passport had to play in to action to get my passport at all cost cos my residence permit was runnin out ... So I was told by the boss to write a letter to convert my previous application from 64- 32 pages .. Which I did and paid xtra money for it .. Nxt day I got my passport and left naija same day at night ...

I av never written ielts or to elf before , I just want to write ielts for the feet time by march 25th that's only thing holding me back now , i av paid my application fee and submitted my document , was told to send my document while I wait to take ielts result and send to dem ... U can submit ur application online without the English result .. Click on the option which says u will write d exams as soon as possible ... They will process ur document after u pay ur application fee , dats wats important ..

wat I mean is this people complain dat they are told they will to deposit $50 before they will get the dollar master card , I did mine tru internet banking without depositin any money and I got my card , I only paid 6k for annual maintaince fee and card fee ... And for master naira card u can't exceed $100 a month ...

I would say you should just write to (or call) the school to confirm, or if anyone with experience about it may answer. And by the way did you find anywhere in dream apply where you can pay? What I know is that you can only (based on my experience) apply to Estonia Universities by Dream apply.

Sorry if I may answer your question ( most likely they don't) because, they need IELTS (or other acceptable English Language scores), at least I know this for University of Tartu. The reason I say this is so that you can find it easy to decide and save time. Others can say if its different

yea I confirmed is necessary by the admission officer in tallinn , was told to apply and write ielts before 15th April ! Now I av march 25th to write ielts without a knowledge of it ..

Seriously where are you guys getting this information from? I personally know of not one BUT two guys were told its $50 to COLLECT the dollar mastercard. Not maintenance or minimum bal. I know because I was referee for both of them.

I personally applied tru internet banking and click a branch for collection without paying the $50 I got my card ...wen u go to customer care they tell u about the $50...

Last I checked, GTbank dollar card costs $50 or so. That's roughly N23,000. Stanbic's dollar Mastercard is N1,050.

@ gtbank if u apply tru there internet banking platform u won't be charged $50, just 6k to get the card and annual maintaince fee and gtbank naira mastcard till work on pos and online platform but not exceeding $100 a month ..

yes after applyin for conversion from 64page to 32page after waitin for 64page in a month , I had a return ticket nd time wasn't on my side , infact it took the intervention of one oga in alagbon who messaged the PCO office to do my passport urgent before I got it , left nigeria same day I got it
