there is obviously no punishment.when America rescued it's citizen recently they killed the kidnappers, obviously it wasn't a rescue mission as there would have been casualties, a new sector has been added to our national budget from now hence I guess the govt would need to start budgeting funds for payment of ransome for terrorism.

1. On what terms and conditions were those boys released and handed over to the government security officials?

2. If truly those kidnappers/bandits were paid to release those boys, haven't we indirectly created a nefarious kind of business for bandits/kidnappers?

3. What plans do the government have to capture those bandits/kidnappers involved in these crimes?

4. What is the punishment for kidnapping/banditry in Nigeria?
