My pregnancy was a pregnancy i had wished and prayed for which God granted my request after almost 1 and half years after loosing my first
Baby 2 days after birth in October 2019.

We were so happy with hubby and the pregnancy was stress free till 8 months when my bp started rising. At 38 weeks it was 150/100 and doctor asked me to bring my husband and start preparing for cs hopefully the next day.

I was so scared because my first was vaginal delivery and even then i had high bp. My husband was also scared. When i called my mom to tell her, she gave me courage and asked us to go to the other arm of the teaching hospital we were using since there were more professionals there. In all this my dad was very disturbed because am very close to him.

Hubby gave me courage and i decided to leave everything to God. At the hospital we moved to the doctor gave us 10 days to come back. We went back but bp was still high despite the medications. They kept adding days till i was 42 wks.
And there was no option but to go in for cs due to post date, bad obstetrics history and high bp.

I had my baby 25th may 2021. My edd was 2nd 13th and 17th may.

God bless my hubby, Mom, dad, my sister and inlaws for me.

My prince came today around 2 pm. He weighed 3.5kg with plenty tear I could think of. May the rest of the preggy delivered safely.

Am really surprised. But probably because they are private hospitals. I did fetal anomaly at 2500 here in ABUTH zaria. But I must confess it's worth it. The machines are sophisticated and each session takes like 30 minutes to detect baby organs etc with trained personnel

Thanks. First at 18weeks in my Dr's office scan but I decided I'll wait and use the report from a trained scan personnel, my Dr is a Fertility Specialist (OB/Gyn and an IVF Specialist).

I went for 20weeks Anomaly/Anatomy Scan at Afriglobal and it was same thing. They do the scan within 18weeks to 24weeks of pregnancy costs N15,100.

:othe same anomaly scan I did at 2500 naira in ABU teaching hospital here. Normal scan is 1000 to 1500

Good morning my mamas. We are officially 28 weeks yesterday but I feel my baby kicks on both side almost at the same time. When I lay on my left, it will kick like it's not comfortable. Same thing when I lay on my right.

Or when it kicks on my right I feel movement too on my left. All this happens only when am laying down.

Any experience on this from mamas please?
