1. RAM recommendation is 8GB but if your budget is not enough then you can manage with 4GB.
2. Hard Drive recommendation is 512GB or 1TB SSD if your budget is not enough then you can manage 250GB minimum.
3. For CPU just go with what you can get with your budget.
4. Operating System if you want windows go for Windows 8 and above if your budget allows it.

Son of YHVH Almighty is a Roman idol. God Almighty did not have a son with a woman, this is a Roman pagan belief. After the Romans conquered Israel they came up with their own version of the scriptures based on their pagan belief which you now believe today.

For decades I never believed that there are people with demonic eyes and evil divination spirits that can attack a person's bright future. Some of these people are good at calling the name and blood of Jesus, this was what made me to research into who this Jesus really is and that was when I found out His is a Roman idol and since then I have been praying directly to GOD ALMIGHTY.

Web design is just html and css only for static pages which are just text and images.

Web application developemt requires:
1. Front-End
html,
css
javascript/jQuery and AJAX/angular/react etc

2. Server-Side
C#, PHP, Node.js, Phyton, Java etc

3. Back-End
SQL: MySQL/SQL Server/MongoDB etc

Front-End developer is someone that can work with only the list in 1 above and this is a quick way to get into web development as knowing all three can take years.

A Full-Stack developer is someone that can work with at least one from all three above. This can take years to master.
