You can apply for a course different from your first degree program. For example, your first degree may be in Economics, you can get admission for Msc. Psychology (conversion).

Yes, it is meant to be a ministry. Billions of Naira is now in contention and everyday Mercy's music is generating millions of Naira across digital platforms thus the greed.
