At its peak, PDP was causally winning state elections, they felt invisible and even bragged to rule for the next 60 years but today, they have become once upon a time.

APC is now at its peak and with time, would also fade away like every empire, that is the pattern of life.

If Adeboye is now the owner if the church, it means he stood with the man during the beginning.

He now owns it
From their history, he was appointed and is not the "owner' of the Church.

I just want to believe you don't struggle with a learning difficulty!

He didn't "start" with him despite you reading from their history that RCCG was founded in 1952 and Adeboye joined RCCG in 1973 and ordained a Pastor in the Church in 1975.

WeddingParol:
Not everyman is a dog and likewise not every woman is a bitch.

There are values divinely placed on every woman that demand decency from the women.

If a woman did not consent to a sexual relationship, it is regarded as rape which the entire society is geared to fight all around the world. When most women decide to close their legs, most men will have no choice than to comport themselves. Anything outside that could land the man in jail.

Why do you think the social vices promoters target women?

Why do you think the devil went for Eve first ?

Women are the pillars of every home, a well trained woman is a well trained society.

Take away the decency of a woman and have the society become what we have today.
How a man's self control around sex is tied to a woman's refusal, is a wonderment!

So if a woman throws herself at you for sex, you owe yourself no obligation to say NO?

Decency is not gender based, it is collective. When we have men and women who are well trained, we will have better homes and better trained society.

Is that enough reason to open your legs for every man that comes your way?

The fact that prostitution is a trend should not add any woman with virtues and self respect to the league. Same for men
Have you asked yourself why it is okay for you to be a satyromaniac, thirsting to insert yourself inside every woman that passes your way?

Free education in Lagos started in 1999 and is helping South East region to cumulatively achieve the highest primary and secondary school completiom rate in Nigeria.

Likewise the Lagos free public primary education has been the reason children from Anambra, Imo and Enugu continue to have the top 3 highest cut off mark for decades in Nigeria for the national common entrance examination while the indigenes of Lagos and the surrounding states giving igbo children free education, their own children are expected to score less than igbo kids from those 3 states because the Federal government is aware that all brains are not equal😂😂😂😂.

If it took you 35 yrs to own a house debt-free whilst still paying to the King, 5 yrs to own a car via monthly lay-aways only for the car to depreciate in value by 80% after one yr and become unsellable, then you'd understand that the slave is a borrower to the lender.

These are not things Nigerians see clearly whilst living in Nigeria. You'd only understand when you've lived or been there. Go to Tayo Aina's channel and view his recent visit to London where he interviews ppl with homes living in the UK. Should give you clarity into how deep it goes.
I live and work in London.

It is better to pay mortgage monthly with eventual full ownership in mind than paying rent. There is the option of paying off your mortgage early, for example in 10 years if you have the funds.

I grew up in Lagos with neighbours who lived in the same building for almost 20 years, paying rents to the owner all through those years until the owner sold it and they all had to move out....once your income is good and steady, mortgage is the best way, why put yourself under the pressure to make bulk one off payment?

Oh! So your job is not that serious, you guys only deal with minor cases of mental illness, hence you're enjoying yourself, unlike psychiatrists who deal with serious cases.

But it's still the nurses who do all the work, from running after patients all day, to getting insulted and beaten up... If you ask me, nurses should be earning more than you medical doctors, or what do you think? grin grin grin
It is a multidisciplinary team work where we apply the biopsychsocial treatment model.

The Psychiatrists, mental health nurses handle the bio side of the treatment and I come in as the therapist for the psycho side. When patients refuse to take their medications, I sit down with patients to explore and process why they refuse medication and they tend to get violent but I know how to get them calm with some techniques and eventually get them to continue their medications.

I also did work with convicted prisoners in the psychiatric facility, those who committed crimes and assessed to be mentally unstable and can't be in regular prisons. Prisoners who will spend their entire lives there as they are necrophiles (love having sex with corpses), pyromaniacs, cannibals etc.
