The Lady should better work on her self, for the sake of her marriage. It's only a committed man, a discipline and a God fearing man to do what this guy did.

I am only commenting here because of your dreams. Seeing yourself in the past and in your secondary school only means setback and backwardness, please don't let anyone tel you otherwise.
And be careful of wrong pastors and people posting their numbers here. Some bad people will want to take advantage of you. Please don't pay a kobo to anyone for counseling, prayers or anything.
And don't stop praying and fasting, just a little patience.
Try to see a MFM pastor for counseling, especially at their headquarters at Yaba.

Hello Nairalanders.
Please this happened to me yesterday and I wish to share to enable others pay special attention to the buses they enter and watch to avoid being robbed.

I just got paid yesterday, and I had to make withdrawals via ATM at Zenith Bank, Obanikoro.
I needed this money (80k) urgently to give a friend from Akure who has been begging me for assistance cos her mum is sick. She promised to pay back anyway. She was in my house waiting while I just closed from work so needed to make withdrawals before going home to meet her.

After making the withdrawals, I crossed over the bridge with the money in my purse. I entered a bus going towards Ojota, but wasn't careful enough to study the people in it. This was almost 7pm
I noticed they were adjusting and didn't want me to stay by the edge.
The driver and one guy at the front, two guys at d middle seat, and the conductor and one woman at the seat behind d drivers seat

I didn't wanna go back so I sat at d seat behind the driver. The conductor kept insisting that I shift inside when we were just three on that role..

Due to the anxiety of wanting to get home on time, I didn't pay attention to the environment.

I noticed the bus was moving very slowly and we were all shouting at the driver to move fast and he will reply that the bus is jerking it's not his fault. The conductor later asked for money which everyone gave him.
I opened my purse and brought out #500, before I looked up to give the conductor, the woman beside me held my purse and her hand was on my lap pointing a gun at me. This was around Anthony and the bus has slowed down.
The conductor said I shouldn't talk else I'll be shot.
The lady (can't forget her face) took my purse and my phone, my atm, id cards and passport, asked me for my necklace and ear rings.
She then took out #500 from the purse and gave me for transport.

I came down, and the same bus the driver claimed to be faulty zoomed of.

Please Lagosians be careful. Pay attention to the buses you enter. watch their movements especially ladies.
This is my first experience since relocating to Lagos in Feb this year. I've heard lots of stories about Lagos but didn't know I would be a victim.

Help Share my story for Hardworking Ladies out there to be careful, so your one full month of labour shouldn't be in vain.
I am sorry, but this is your fault. That's just the truth. This is not actually about lagos as it is. It's too risky anywhere in Nigeria moving about with such amount, too risky.
Why not transfer the money through you bank or even at the atm? Instead of carrying such amount? Please next time, transfer with your phone or just do that at atm.
This may sound unbelievable to you, some of these thieves do use jazz, to know a "potential victim".
I just moved to lagos too, and I hardly went out with much cash and my atm. Too many stories that touches biko.

We are the most religious people in the world yet the country is in a pathetic state for so many years now,do u know why??it is simply because we do not practice what we preach...there is so many hypocrisy going on...was it not the same bible that said we should not worship GOD in filth??if it is not anyone business on how she decides to honour the almighty then it should be the business of any Christian to question anything that is not in the bible unless if u are trying to say the bible is irrelevant in her situation...she should have just simply go to sambisa forest to praise GOD...this reminded me of a story of a pastor who killed his wife and claim it was instruction from GOD,religion should not remove our common sense...religion should make us a better person and not otherwise...we have thousands of churches and mosques but you keep wondering why evil continue to increase...the answer is simple !!many people now worship their pastors instead of GOD...
Shoe me where it's written that one should not praise God in a filth? As long as she is worshipping God in Spirit and I truth, what freeze or anyone thinks for that matter doesn't count. Paul and Salas worshipped God in the prison, imagine what the prison will be like. God Can be worshipped anywhere as long as your heart is right with him.
What about the christains in the dirty stinking concentration camp during Hitler war?
The fact that the free of a person compared christainity with Islam shows his myopic and deficient knowledge about the Christain God. You can clean ur hands, legs and head, this doesn't make your heart right with God.
Who says God cannot be worshiped anywhere?
Career / Re: Young Boy Who Works As A Vulcanizer In Ibadan by Mintayo(m): 8:31pm On Jun 02, 2016
Personally, I don't see anything wrong in this. As long as the boy goes to school and he is serious with his studies. No problem. It's because of the fact that people see such things like vulcanizer as been demeaning. The boy is solving a problem, take it or leave it.
I have made up my mind that when my kids get into secondary school, they must learn something along with their studies, learning how to sew, hairdressing etc while schooling isn't a bad idea. It is a way making the kids independent and etc.
Imagine your kids in the University, and making some extra cash by sewing for his or her colleagues in the hostel.

Lol. Funny thread.
See as people dey Condemn, and abuse the op.
I understand you perfectly dear op, lool.
But my issue with you is the cutting of your wife's Natural hair? Why? I understand that you don't want her to use attachment etc, which I do support also, but her natural hair.? Ogini.?
There are so many beautiful styles she can make with her own hair, as in nice styles.
Anyways, since your wife agreed, to your tent oh Israel.
And please don't mind the naysayers, lol, Jesus said, they have eyes, yet they can't see, ears, yet they can't hear. If only some people's eyes can just be opened for some minutes, then they would know what's up.
