You can't shut down the borders and stop your citizens from entry. Some traveled interstate for business and are being prevented from going home.

Even the UK, US and other European countries that shut their borders are bringing their citizens back home (to be isolated of course).

Please I came across this book few days ago by Dean Koontz. The highlighted parts in the picture attached below has a prediction about the Covid19 but was called wuhan400 in the novel. It’s a horror novel and everyone in the novel died from an unknown virus. Book was written by Dean Koontz
