@LI...i just checked their website and that was what was written. @firsttymum...Dana confirmed they don't carry more than 32weeks. They harassed me for fit to fly at 20 weeks!

Thanks LI...I'm planning to fly Delta to Atl frm Lagos though I'm based in Abj. I intend flying at 34wks+ and all these our local airlines are not smiling. Most won't carry after 28wks. Even at 20wks they harass for fit to fly. I would try my luck with arik.

After two visa refusals; one each for my DW and I when we went together, and then another for her when she went alone, we finally got our visas approved today in Abuja during the 10:15 am appointment by the gentleman on window 9.

The first interview was before we came across this beautiful thread on NL. In fact, after that first refusal and upon discovering this thread, my DW and I were quite glad we were refused because the horror of getting turned back at POE because you didn't declare you were pregnant terrified us. But then she went again, told the truth and was denied. Now we panicked. I gave up at that point thinking that maybe we were put on a 10 year ban until my jewel of inestimable value convinced me to let us try one more time and this time we chose Abuja. Everything worked in our favour because we boarded the 7am Arik flight by 6:30. I have gone on that route a few times and this is the first time that happened. I knew at this point that God was in control.



Now we're looking for PTA and need to book airline. DW is hitting on 35 weeks but I know say, no shaking. God will finish what he started.

Please oo house...I've been having pain/cramps in my lower abdomen since yesterday non-stop. I couldn't sleep as a result of it and i find it difficult walking. Is this something i should be worried about? Then there's this painful lump I've been feeling in my tummy . sometimes i feel it just below my abdomen then it moves to my left side,sometimes to the right and it hurts! I'm a 23weeks ftm.

Went to the hospital today and was told degenerative fibroid was seen during the scan hence the severe pain. I was given co-codamol and ventolin to use alongside amatem for malaria. Experienced mamas...nurse kaffy...anyone had this before? Hope there isn't any side effects using this drugs.

If you say with your brother after stating no relatives that will be seen as fraud and you will be sent home!
You are in risky waters and you need to get your plans straight.

I didn't know it would turn out to be a big issue afterall . I will book an accommodation

I think you should stick to ur original story of not knowing anyone. Don't know how it works in the US but I have heard of pple been sent back at the UK poe for the same thing, though it depends on ur poe. So its better to stick to one story. Book an accommodation for 1 week to use at d poe

You just have to stick to your old story. You can't fill "no relative " in your form and when asked at the POE you then say you have a relative and plan to stay with him. That's contradictory. I advise you book a hotel for the length of time you intend to stay and get all hospital and doctors documents in the state your bro stays and make sure you don't have anything that will link you to your bro if they decide to search your bag or phone, den after POE you can port to your bros house. If you decide to confess, then you should start by writing to the embassy here to know what there response will be.

Thanks olokings for the swift response...I've actually been following this thread since March and I've read both part 1 n 2. Intending to use northside as my bro stays close to the hospital. I've also sent change of intent letter and got d regular response. I was just worried as the most insignificant thing can lead to bouncing at the POE.

Hello my fellow pushing and vigilante mums... I'm proudly #teamdecember. Pls help me ooo . I've been battling with serious constipation and I've started having pile/hemarroids. Ive tried all sorts...fruits,high fibre foods,drinking lots of water,even warm water when i wake up in the morning.My doctor gave me a drug for constipation but i didn't like the effect. My tummy was running all day but nothing came out. Is it safe to take agbo jedi? Cos that might be d last resort.

The issue is that when i was filling my form and asked if i have a relative in the us,i said no though my bro is there but i didn't have his address at the time and i was in a hurry to submit so i could get an appointment ontime. I'm planning to stay with him for the birth of my baby and i noticed on d thread that they ask pple if they have relatives there. Should i stick to my story and ppbly book an extensive stay for a week or admit i intend to stay with my bro.

I used North Atlanta Obgyn @ 5780 peachtree Dunwoody road, +14042550621. Dr's fee is $2200.
U have to send in ur records from naija or wherever u have been receiving pre-natal care. They'll look thru it and let u know of they'll take u on and also the cost depending on how many weeks u are when they take u on. I joined them at 28 weeks. They have like 8 Drs there. U can pick one or they'll assign u one.
As for my particular Dr, I'm not sure I wanna spill her name becoz I'm a jealous patient! Lmao! She was so good to me and hilarious lady. She made sure she was the one that delivered my baby. Love her for that! Anyway beg me small let me think and decide whether to tell u her name.
