If you people are in so much doubt, you can get ovulation kit to confirm. Better still you people can go to hospital to confirm. Las las you need patience..High dose of it cos you can be ovulating and still find it difficult to conceive. Na God dey give children

I have been waiting for my period to return since delivery.i just used to have bleeding every 2 weeks
My fellow mamas,i have been sick since this week monday,someone jokingly asked me am i sure i m not pregnant,i rebuked that person.

To fulfill all righteousness,i used one pt i had at home to test,i saw 2 faint lines. I had to rush to a lab so that i will prove it false,and it showed positive.
I am livid! Angry.frustrated.embarassed.feeling deceived and very upset wt hubby.
What am i going to do please.

Please stay strong sis...you're not the first and will definitely not be the last. Its not easy, people will talk but please ignore them. My sis took in about 7months after CS...we were all worried but God was merciful and today that baby is the only baby boy she has now. Endure the pain but trust me, you will later enjoy it

Please what could be the cause of light dark discharge. Only noticeable after I clean up after urinating. Saw a spot on my panties. 8 weeks and some days gone. Though I have my first scan next week Wednesday. I am so scared and a first time mum too.

How many weeks is your pregnancy? I know some spottings are normal in early first trimester. I've also heard of some pregnant women that have little spotting once they reach their normal menstrual date. But with your description of the colour of the blood, I will suggest you see a doctor cos it's always better to be on a safe side. But please try not to panic.

As per that "far" ehn, I'm seriously confused. Docs are using scan date not my lmp saying its not correct (and I'm very certain it's correct). According to my lmp, I'll be 29 weeks tomorrow but my Tommy measured 34weeks. It's been 6 weeks ahead since i registered and did my first scan. EDD is 22nd August but scan is 21st July. Imagine the difference.

So I asked the doc what happens when I don't go into labour by 40 weeks According to scan. He said I'll be given 1 week and check the state and size of the baby then be induced. My confusion hasf confused. Has anyone experienced this before?

Mama Layormiii you suggested this same Ugwu for me last week. I did o but what I don't know now is if I used the right leaf. Did you mean to say Ugu? (Pumpkin leaf/vegetable) or are you talking about a different leaf. Please clarify me ma because I drank the ugu juice but haven't recorded any much difference.

I use ugu very well too...not the juice though. I pack it inside my egusi, egg sauce..any food at all. You can even cook it with waterleaf as vegetable soup. Just include it in your diet...

Doctors and nurses always advise to use strictly Spirit to prevent infection and even with the Spirit they will tell you not to clean round the navel with the same cotton wool cos it's like an open wound and places the child at high risk of infection coupled with the fact that their immune system is not as strong as ours. Ori is not medicated and as such can put your child at risk of infection.

Please commence Physiotherapy as soon as possible...the earlier you start Physiotherapy the faster his recovery. Don't wait till his muscles start wasting...Physiotherapy will go a very long way for you and please be consistent...it will shock you to know that Physiotherapy has helped a lot of persons recover well from foot drop

As in the water tire me and it keeps dripping till I gave birth o. If dey choke hand under, water ll still gush out and I was told d water is needed for baby survival till I gave birth. Imagine water broke around 1am on d 31st and still dripping till 11am on d 1st.

In the midnight, 31st, naso water break ooo. I just feel asif am bedwetting and urine keep coming to the extent that sis gave me bucket to be urinating inside since hubby sleep at work then I message my boss that I suspect my water broke so I won't make it down to work, called hubby severally but didn't pick up, called my elder sis who's still a bit near and she was like we ll go to hospital when it's 4am, I told then 4am is too near because am not feeling any pain. We finally left for the hospital around 7am and got to MCC Abraham Adesanya around afta 10am(Lagos traffic plus vehicle spoil for road).
Getting to hospital and was checked, OS is still close and no contraction but water is dripping already. The Dr write to sumtin membrane on my card and was tellin her colleague dat it remain 2hrs for dem to c if I ll av pain else dere's sumtin dey ll put under my tongue to induce labour. 2hrs came and go without anytyn,, I ask hubby to buy me pineapple so I can take and I did that with warm water; naso this pain start o. On checking, the Dr was like she didnt understand my cervix o, internal is open while external is close; was having serious labour contraction yt cervix didn't open(meanwhile, mum has always been telling me to ask dem if na male bone I get bcs I ct deliver on my own if na male bone BT dey ll kip telling me dat labour ll determine). The contraction became stronger and stronger and pain increase to tyms 8 of 10� and naso I dey shout mercy of God dey shout help me now, dey shout poo poo ooo, dem go say no b poopoo and I ll tell dem am serious na real poo poo no b fake one etc. Later a male Dr came(God ll kuku bless the guy for me), he check my virginal and said he's nt sure I can deliver myself, another female Dr came and said same, go call dere oga patapata and said same, they call it a name which I ct even remember because I was in serious pain, meanwhile, my mum is still calling nd still picking her calls and she ll kip shouting gv dem fone or tell dem to do CS.
As dat my favorite male Dr said we ll do CS for U so call ur husband, husband wey we call don leave my sis wit me to go to work, I jt tell dem dat my sis ll do d signing and buy all necessary tins(thank God av funded her account already incase anytyn apen), hubby later came and dey do all necessary tins, was wheel down to the theatre room and I keep telling dem gv me dat injection dat U said ll stop the fast fast b4 the pain start again, the Dr was like calm down, we r on it. I receive d first injection at my back and sum Dr were at d front fixing tins already and I kip telling dem I want to slip because av nt slept for 2days now, as them gv the third injection, ntin like pain o and d next tin I heard was a baby cry. Infact dey r still doing oda tins like checking if bp, talking abt drugs wen I heard d cry and was like who's baby is crying; one of d Dr jt joke at me and say sebi na she carry Belle cum insyd nw and was gvn my bundle of joy placed on my chest, naso I tell d baby am sorry for stressing you den started sleeping.

Jeezzzz!!!...that sounds mean to the poor innocent baby. There are foreign wipes strictly for baby's tongue or you can even use salt water and a neat/unused small towel. I believe that anything you can't do to yourself shouldn't be done to the baby

This back pain since like 4days ago or so has refuse to free me. We have massaged, stretched, do everything doable...
And it's just one spot oo, one particular sport not the whole back o. Painful as hell

Mama please watch your postures while sitting, stand and even sleeping cos they are basically the the things that give rise to back ache...it's common in pregnancy cos the hormonal changes are making the joints lax but being mindful of postures can help prevent it...always try to stand or sit erect. For the pain, there are some therapeutic exercises that can help relieve that, you can Google it.

Anyone can serve, but people say pregnacare is best. I'm using pregnacare because it's just one dosage per day Unlike those routine drugs cos me I don't like taking drugs. All in all, the koko is to be faithful in taking whichever one you choose to go for cos that's what makes it effective especially for your baby

Mamas with their belly just shooting out, just respect yourself and buy coconut oil (walk into any baby shop and buy it) and start using lavishly on your tommy and breast to avoid stretch mark.
I am 9months preggy and ders no single stretch on my belly. Only on my bumbum (black strong annoying ones) and that's because I didn't rub oil on it

Hello mama's,
So after the birth of my second child in May 2020, we decided I go for implanon FP in July. Hubby didn't want me to because of the side effects he's been reading online. I assured him body differs and he said if I notice anything odd I should removed it.

I saw my AF shortly after and it was normal but thereafter, I didn't see it for several months and then it comes once in a while and goes after few days. No headaches or body weight gained and I felt it's normal.

However, towards the mid/ending of last year, It became quite frequent especially after I fully stopped breastfeeding. It will come and last for over a week and I still felt quite safe but last December, it lasted for more than 2weeks (it entered January), then February to April it was normal 1week or less.

Now the problem is I've been on my period since 1st of May till today 21st of May. It looked like it ended after 5days with just spotting but about 2 days later, it continued and has been like that till date and it's really alarming and worrisome. That's why I've come to experienced mothers here.

At this point, please is it still normal or I should just go to the clinic? What do I do please?
