Officially 4 months preggo today
I remember having the softest first trimester, until second trimester came with terrible migraines and even more terrible fibroid pain.
Omor, I would take those migraines any day over this fibroid pain.

That's how I became Panadol ambassador, the amount of Panadol I consumed in the past one month no be here. My mother was bent on convincing me that Paracetamol and Panadol are not the same thing and Paracetamol is safer as in my six years in Pharmacy school what did I now learn

The fibroid pain has reduced a bit and I'm able to move more now. My mum keeps making jokes about how baby 2 has decided that we will not know the gender

But me I know I'm having a boy and girl sha
Congratulations to the latest mums your stories are very strengthening and encouraging, I can't wait til my hands are full with my bundles of Joy.

Thanks everyone, I couldn't help myself... I sha rushed to do scan,. Apparently its the little fibroid I have that's causing my pain

Was Asked to run some tests at the hospital.


On the bright side, I was able to see my babies sucking their thumbs also discovered one is actually a boy, couldn't detect the gender of the other.


The pain is excruciating sha, can barely walk like a normal human being

Ehyaa..just hold on tight...fibroid gat nothing on you and the cute twins abeg. God is sitting on your matter...if He put them there despite the fibroid, He will surely cause them to come out in due time.

Too early ke? Me that started shopping from 12weeks ee no shark you pass me. Now I've achieved at least 90% of the items in my list. I intentionally left things like baby wipes for fear of it drying up before delivery. (May not be so sha). But if LO decides to come today sef (God forbid) ayam ready

How is our November mama's doing? We should be In our 14th, 13th, 12th and 11th weeks already, some of us should even be in their early 15th week.... B.S. - (PT 2)

I was so scared at how small it was because I had a funny dream a day ago where I saw myself give birth to a baby the size of a big lizard . I started thinking maybe I shouldn’t have dismissed the dream and now it was happening in reality.

I was scared to look at what I birthed but when I looked it was a normal sized beautiful boy flailing his hands and screaming his lungs out. His body had a reddish tinge to it and his head was abnormally shaped like a cone. The doctor said it was just from him coming out of the jajaina and that it would go back to a normal round shape. So silly me that thought his head was small like a lizard didn’t know it was only a part of the head that had being compressed by the walls of the vagina . Also his voice was kinda hoarse, it wasn’t all this sweet ‘wen wen wen’ cry. In my mind I was saying see his strong voice like correct agege boy .

I didn’t really feel anything or show any emotion at that point of birth cause it seemed like I was in shock. Turns out I had a second degree tear and a ruptured blood vessel. The doctor brought out the placenta and stitched me up. I didn’t still feel anything as the epidural was still in effect.

After he was cleaned up a bit they brought him to me for some skin to skin and asked me if I want to try breastfeeding him before they carry him to the nursery. Breastfeed ke, when our coconut water was on standby in our bag . I refused and told them to please excuse us as we wanted to have some personal time as a family. As soon as they were out fiam, just like smuggled contraband hubby whipped out the feeding bottle containing the coconut water and shook it into his mouth. He sef drank and started smacking his mouth .


Pain update: My stomach cramps stopped after the third day, back pain still comes and goes if I stress myself and jajaina pain is ever constant and pressing. Sorry for the long post, I too like gist.

Please house, can I start taking Pregnacare in the first month and what are other vitamins/that I will take?

For first month, I don't know about pregnacare but I know folic acid is the main focus, be as consistent as you can with it...I wasn't faithful with mine sha cos of morning sickness. but if you can, please do.

Non disposable seems more economical. I haven't used it before sha but most people I know use it and I think I will also go for it too when the time comes
