yeah but wen i stretxh the hand... It got worst... I read it's better to leave it alone.. Anyways!!! I got hand brace for it from my physiotherapist... It keeps d pains away just a little thou... D downside of d brace is dt it keeps me from using my hand fully n very uncomfortable.

This pregnancy has being a roller coaster 4 me... Currently dealing with capel tunnel... Imagine having capel tunnel when u have a toddler to take care of... Cant lift nor hold things for long without crying in pains... I am right handed, unfortunately na dt right hand d thing hook me... I am using d hand or not ooo, d pain is always there.. It get worst in d night n wen i try using d hand... Unfortunately, there is no cure dan to manage wit pain killer and was given a brace. Doc said it goes on its own.

Having a stiff back wen i sit/lay down 4 long( it get worst in d night too, i goes away after few minutes) , waist pains, body pains n i walk an old woman. I now have big pregnancy nose (i always feel wen blood is rushing to my nose because its painful), super hyperpigmentation on my face and peeling (my face don black finish), i eat like hungry lion, i eat anything eatable as long as it is pregnancy friendly. I just pray i don't add weight after pregnancy. Wen going for school runs i use 1hour to take a walk of 20mins.. Because i am now super slow n waddling like a penguin... My son sef don tire 4 my matter because i dont push his stroller fast enough 4 him to enjoy his ride. Lol. Going shopping is horrendous!!!! But i gaz do wat i gat to do cs no help.

All those mamas wey no dey get pregnancy symptoms... I envy u oooo.

You see... My tire is tired... But at d same time i have to be patience as well. So my other preggy mamas lets try n have patience n let baby cook well 4 belly, we are almost there. Hold on tight n lets go another round of another month before march.... We can do it!!!! Lets go!!!! Yeyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

I understand that carpal tunnel syndrome pain fully cos I’m experiencing it. One of the ways to sleep without it disturbing you is to stretch out the affected hand while sleeping and support it at the wrist with a rolled towel or wrapper. The aim is to keep that wrist elevated. It works really well for me

Happy Sunday moms and my fellow February mamas…please I need all the tips I can get on how to quicken dilation and labor in general. I no get strength for lengthy labor again😩😩

Finally, my pink jet landed on 20th this month. Edd- 22, 25 and 27 of January.

I almost died in the labour room, eventually she was birthed through emergency CS. weighing 3.5kg.

CS recovery ideas are highly needed at the moment.

Rest! Rest!! Rest!!!…. Make sure not to carry anything heavier than your baby. Always clean the site with spirit and swab..swipe one, not back and forth to avoid infection. Always check there and if you notice any unusual pain or leaking from there, see your doctor to be sure it’s not infection. Take lots of fruit to avoid constipation. Congratulations mama

Hi, the idea of applying oil on the nipple is to aid nipple cleaning. I’m a FTM too but I used blue seal Vaseline. You apply it after bath in the night then clean it in the morning. You will notice that the blackish things in the nipple will be coming off. This is for fast lactation after delivery cos those black things will obstruct milk from coming as the baby is suckling. Mine helped cos I was able to lactate almost immediately after delivery.

It’s the pressure from the baby that is acting on your pelvic floor muscles. Please make sure you do kegel exercise to keep the pelvic floor muscles strong and avoid standing for long, it’s not advisable for the safety of your pelvic floor muscles. If you must stand please rest one leg in a slightly higher platform in order to balance the weight of the baby. Once you stand for some minutes please ask for a chair! Very important!! Please check google for more information on the kegel exercise especially how to do it. You can also study more on the pelvic floor muscles
