bro name any top FG agency recruitment that 70% of the slot is not influenced. Sometimes you guys talk Asif you are not in Nigeria. I work with with one FG agency that just rounded up their recruitment late last year. All senior cadre were all connected while most level 5 down were merited, those guys work their life out.

I see the reason why most people remain without job after years of graduation, they believe that u must have connection to get job in nigeria. When that believe always ring in ur mind, u demoralise urself before the compition and u reduce ur competitive strength.

Since 2012 that i finished service, i have worked in 4 different oil and gas company, i resign from one to join another. In all these 4 i did not know even the cleaner. I submit my application online, write my test and do the interview. I dont care who know the MD or the supervisor of the department am going, in some of this company, the supervisor will have their cadidate but i will be choosing at the interview.

Instead of spending ur energy to discuss who know ES and who know senator, whiy not use dat energy to discuss how u can compete for the job. I think the purpose of this forum is to discuss tins that can help compete for the job, the materials to read, nature of interview and so on. if u want to discuss connection, create a separate trend for that so that those who dont have connection can discuss how they can compete and get the job here.

The moment you start thinking of connection, connection, if u fail aptitude test or interview, u attribute it to not having connection forgetting that each aptitude test or interview that u fail was to be a learning point for u, u know ur mistake and work on it in subsequent test or interview.

I think this connection discussion will not help any body here, please lets stop it and discuss with will upbuild people

did I write he applied for the job. Like I said in my earlier post,I never said they won't be merit in the recruitment. This is federal government job connections will play alot of role in the recruitment wether you like it or not before merit. Those who have connections should follow up while those who don't have should read for the test and prepare well for the interview.

bro I know of someone from Bayelsa that the ES promise to give a slot. I understand what the other guy who was saying about same relatives not getting the job. It could be the person who could help him feel since his sister has gotten the job then another family should get it.

Even the so called 774000 jobs that was to be created, was put on hold for a while after a brief drama ensued between keyamo and the national assembly guys because they wanted to bring people underground. Job that is 20/30k monthly

Now imagine job like this NDCMB.

It was still on this same street we heard NPower gave some ministers slot for a job of 30k that common man is meant to be getting with ease.

I was almost crucified when I made statement like this few weeks ago on this thread.

I don't have a source but I know underground movement will play alot in this recruitment while people who just graduated recently were telling me that NCDMB recruitment is 90% merit, I automatically remained mute.

NCDMB recruitment is totally different from NNPC recruitment. Unless they change this year, it is not like NNPC recruitment that takes up to a year or more to conclude. In the past NCDMB recruitment dont take more than a week to conclude. NCDMB Graduates Training recruitment in the past take just 3 days to conclude, they will even send the recruitment time table in some cases.

If you write their test today for example, tomorrow will be interview and next tomorrow will be selection and u get success mail on that third day if u are successful. I know guys who have pass through their graduate training before and dat was how the recruitment was then.

The way they respond to people to update their basic information while the recruitment is still on should tell u dat they have already started working on the application and it is unlike NNPC recruitment.

Unlike NNPC recruitment, NCDMB recruitment dont usually take long time for politicians to manipulate it. I know guys who are successful in their graduate training recruitment and they dont know any politician.

I think we should stop all this negative talk here to discourage people. Initially they said is fake, now that they know is not fake, politicians will hijack the recruitment. Since u know politicians will hijack the recruitment, why did u apply? Guys pls stay focus, do not let all this people discourage u

If u have connection face ur connection, if ur age has passed and u applied online the system will reject u, if ur using a top official slot that’s a different ball game, we really have comprehension problem in this country

you don't need to insult anyone before you make a point. Read what the guy wrote he said "presidential slot will come inform of replacement or later" I was trying to let him know that wether replacement or recruitment slots will be shared to people before merit.Even Tammy earlier advice us that we should adjust our age or experience if you want your application to be accepted. So it's not my fault yours was rejected. Piss

If one is above the age, after registering the person automatically gets a regret mail...the presidential stuff can only come in as a form of replacement or later...or maybe the person will be given special APL...but if your age is more than...immediately you submit the application the system automatically rejects it.

Bro it seem you are new in federal government recruitment, am not trying to discourage anyone because I know merit will also play in the recruitment. Before any person is been choosen the ES candidate will be selected, presidential candidate, minister of pet.,the board, directors and senator and hor member chairing that agency candidate will be consider before merit.

You think Nnpc recruitment was all merit. Most candidates who got the job didn't go for those recruitment exercise, same with FIRS all advertised their recruitment but in the end politicians hijacked it. if you feel presidential candidates will be rejected because they are above the age requirement then I will conclude you just passed out from NYSc 3 days ago.

You can only apply for EH. Gt is 27yrs below. Since you even have a work experience of 4-5 yrs. Just manipulate the work experience to 6yrs. It's easy to do it. Masters is only compulsory for those with lower credit.

bro if one reduces his/her age and go for age declaration to fit in the age requirement how will they found out that is not his real age.

Can one change the type of test?.. choosed virtual but it seems on site would be better.. and the virtual exams might be tougher than on site.
