Hello, thanks for this info. This is enlightening. Can you perhaps give us an idea of what to expect in the test?

Ychick:
Hi guys,

I just want to say the following:

1. NCDMB is largely on merit. So just calm down, do your preparation for the test and if you pass, you will have a job offer in your hands.
2. NCDMB payment is very good, as their funding comes from multinationals, they take 1-2% of all oil and gas contracts in Nigeria.
3. It is very organised and the Nigerian factor there is not too high.
4. On Pay, this is what I can tell you, 5 years ago, an entry level lawyer (contract staff) earned 250,000 a month.
So I encourage you all, to prep for the test and calm down with the anxiety.

PS-it is also a permanent job as they are moving into their new head quarters and need staff.

At least one should get himself ready for the test before one should be caught unaware because from look of things the test and the interview will not take longer time from now

For their normal training, applicants normally wait for long periods and they verify certificates before calling for test. If they decide to do same for the recruitment, it may take time before they call for test.

No my guy! All these talks are not only necessary but also very important. At worst not for you, but it could be important for others.

Imagine those who don't know about NCDMB training before, but got the info on this thread and also get enlightened here as well.

And many other info will be gotten and discussed here...

A bird told me his sister works here, that's why he couldn't apply. But his sis informed him that they were not supposed to recruit publicly, that things are going on underground. Just said I should drop it so we can get more info from pple inside if we have
Re: OilandGasJobs Recruitment 2020 by teekay22: 2:02pm On Jul 28, 2020
Okay as expected but if it is they should be doing both underground and merit at once, anyway those who have long legs should start running

I don't have a source but I know underground movement will play alot in this recruitment while people who just graduated recently were telling me that NCDMB recruitment is 90% merit, I automatically remained mute.
