Goron Tula also known as ‘miracle fruit’ is known for its various amazing benefits.

It is a sweet and chewy nut and also often referred to as “African Chewing Gum” fruit.

It stimulates the production of wetness in women. It can also be used to boost fertility, hence minimizing the dependence on synthetic drugs.

Gorontula is the main component of kayanmata, the popular Hausa aphrodisiac, manpower and fertility booster.

Materials required:
1. Gorontula Fruit
2. Fenugreek Powder
3. Cinnamon Stick
4. Ginger
5. Monkey Kola
6. Jaggery
7. Dates
8. Other potent herbs like Maca Roots, Ginseng roots, Mondia ginseng Roots, Mondia Whitei, etc.

STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE
1. Wash your hands and your Gorontula Fruit

2. Soak the Gorontula Fruit in warm water for about 30 minutes to one hour to make them softer… you can alternatively boil the goron tula in hot water for like 5 minutes and then pound like you are pounding palm nut

3. Boil your pounded Gorontula, monkey kola, cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger and dates for 30 minutes-1 hour...

4. You should have a brown watery, sticky consistency by now. Bring it off fire and judiciously sieve/ filter the juice into another pot

After extracting the juice, discard what is remaining in the sieve (filter) and put the extracted juice into your pot….now you can add your
powders, other active ingredients and thickener (Jaggery).

6. The final product is a thick, sticky and slippery consistency as seen in the picture below.

You can mix with sesame seeds (very medicinal) and honey or sugar.

You can mix the goron tula syrup with yogurt, cloves, custard and pap for consumption.

Preservation of Gorontula Syrup

Refrigerate in plastic or glass container to prevent it from getting spoilt.

To register as I can ICAN student you need to send application to Lagos. You can go to any accredited ICAN Centre in your state... they mostly help their students with registration.

Same here.... I just made payment today and can't proceed with registration.

My business name registration application has been pending for about 10 days now..... This is the procedure I followed:

1. Searched for name availability
2. Paid #500 for name reservation
3. One of the names was approved
4. I clicked on continue and filled about 3 pages form which includes but not limited to: proprietor's details, presenter details, business address and nature of business
5. I was directed to a page to upload signature, ID, passport
6. Paid #10,000 on remitta

PS: I didn't see any prompt to download a form for physical submission or pick up location/address

Did I miss anything? If yes, what do I do to rectify this?

Ican exam result takes 4-5 weeks. Before the end of next week, the result should be out.
