The benefits of the oil knows no bounds. With no side effects. In a sane country, this oil is recommended by doctors for cancer patients, down syndromes, arthritis, etc. But naija, no way, because it will reduce poverty rate. Using archaic, unproven beliefs to retard our country.

SUPERPACK:
Try to study the passing transcript example sent to you after failing a job, it is on the next column after your own call ID. As for using Grammarly, it is not needed and can even contribute to you failing too. This is not an English essay job, it is a job that deals with you capturing a conversation the way it happened on the call, so your punctuation here is expected to go with the flow of the call. Nobody will deliberately give you a mark down, because these calls are rated without the rater having the ability to know who worked on the transcript. Just study those passing transcript sent to you as if you are new to English language as a whole and I can assure you success is guaranteed. Are you on the old platform or new platform?

I'm on the new platform. The entire passing transcript example column is empty. Do you have any?

The truth is we pride ourselves in our ability in English but that's far from the truth. It happened even to the gurus here. Just bend down assimilate the FAQ las las u go dey ok.

Please, exactly when are fillers (like, you know, so, right, okay) considered excessive?

They say so and like so much. I limited usage to only once per rep/customer dialogue, but I guess that's still too much. I stopped including it, but I guess that's omitted dialogue.

Also, please what is considered properly structured, other than making sure the rep/customers are labelled right? Nothing about proper structures example in the faq. Do I Enter a new line with every new sentence or what? E.g, when the rep/cus explains something lengthy.

I really don't know how else to improve with this people. I feel sometimes they intentionally want to get free work. I'll transcribe well (I'm sure) only for them to come and tell me about misheard words, punctuations, missing dialog, and sentence structures. It's always a combo of at least punctuations and sentence structures. WTH. The missing dialogue is overlapping speech, and when I can't use [...] more than once, if I'm lucky to catch above 5 mins call, I can't use it more than twice, what will I do? Sometimes a third person will join, and all three will be talking with network error/audio delays. Wtf. I use grammarly, so I know my punctuations are okay. No one has ever questioned my punctuations since school, through finishing uni. Even some of the tutorial videos I watched, these people ommited some commas. Wtf. I'll work for hours only for someone to come and give me 2 or 1 after I've done 95% of the work. I use noise cancelling ear piece and force my volume to 150%, so I'm hearing well.

Don't use so, like, (as the faq says), I stopped. But that's when my failing increased.

Please, guru users here, what's your advice? I've read the faq tire. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. At the end they'll send screenshot of faq saying they're a freelance site and don't teach grammar. I'm not the type to give up, but it's annoying be paid for only 2/5 transcriptions I do.

PS. If you notice any punctuation error in what I typed above, pls let me know. Haven't reviewed it, but let me know, please.

True. Ignore that she's the one that came out to call bull on the list. When I first saw the list, I closed the page and zero'd in my mind politics went into it. But then the list isn't 30 under 30 billionaires. It's just 30 under 30. But because it's Forbes, everyone thinks it's billionaires.

As far as anyone knows it's 30 under 30 most connected to Forbes Africa's staff

First time this country is impressing me. Very good.
Numbers are rising, you are here shouting hunger. If more people get infected we'll have to stay locked up longer. Na then you go see hunger.

The only way to save this country is stop the spreading, let the infected recover or die. Whichever. And let there be no more cases. Then we still lock up borders or be very strict with entries (quarantine everyone coming in for at least two weeks).

Are you in Lagos?

Yeah. Def not from street dealers. The dealers you want will be mobile or you meet somewhere. I don't know how you'll get connect. You just have to know someone that'll link you up. I'm not in lag. I thought as much
What about loud,.. Is it also synthetic?
What pure dope can one smoke, normal weed doesn't get me high again
The best you can do is OG loud. Rest is strain strength. Else, you need a T break.

Loud isn't synthetic. Neither is AZ & Marley, these are just spiked. It's dem Colorado that's synthetic (worse than spiked). They don't even look like buds. Loud looks like pure actual weed buds you Google. Put it under a torch and you'll see very clear trichomes (like hairs). That's how to know good weed. Any other thing, don't collect.

Ask what strain it is. Real loud dealers have different strains or even if it's one strain, google the name when you get home, compare the smell, taste and high to what comes up, if it doesn't match, switch dealer. Most times, it matches with legit dealers. Loud smells good and very different from SK (or spiked SK). No need to dig your nose into it to smell it from outside the bag. Regular peeps don't even know loud smell is kush cause it's not SK smell. I don't know how else to describe OG loud. Also, you definitely don't need to finish one J at a go with loud. If you do, it's not loud, or its weak af loud or you intentionally wasted kush. Shrine loud is weak af loud.

Also, I hope you know white rizla na capital waste of kush. Never put loud in that shit. Na taboo! Invest in RAW. Not any random brown, but RAW!

Good dealers are key, or import your seeds from like RQS, and grow your shi.
Romance / Re: My Boyfriend Smokes A Lot, Should I Drop Him? by MMElliot: 3:17pm On Apr 07, 2020
Random browsing brought me here, but let me put in my 2 cents.

I stopped Arizona/Marley last year because those things aren't 100% cannabis. That's why they get you high when chewed/swallowed. Try eating loud. Just bone the price and eat it like that, you won't feel shi. Also. Go and do a Drug test on yourself (if you only take weed and not other drugs), and more than THC will show up. All this AZ and Marley is just placed over mdma steam to make it more intense. You think it's strong kush but it's not. In fact, when you stick to only loud, you'll get more productive and be in control the more. Dealers won't tell you this.

OP. If you don't love your bf the way he is, leave him. True stoners can only change from personal experience. Not a pastor, prophet or rehab will change him. He'll have to get tired on his own. The withdrawals he's getting from the few hours of not smoking will soon annoy him, if it's not already.

Try telling him to go on a tolerance break. Two weeks. It'll be hard for a daily smoker, but use the fact that he'll feel more from less hits to encourage him. Trying to make him stop for good is not the option. Even if he doesn't reach two weeks. As long as it's at least 2 days it's okay, it'll increase gradually. Complete control comes from regular T breaks.

It took over a year for me to finally be able to smoke only occasionally. It's been about a month so far for me, and before then, it was just two days I smoked, because I wanted to chill. If you really care for him, you'll find out why he smokes. KNOW him. If truly it's hindering his progress, you'll know when you KNOW him. For some, it's productive, for some it stops being productive and just becomes something they can't stop. KNOW which it is. Don't let stigma affect your opinions. Research it yourself also.

Good morning sir, I called my colleague in abuja to check what you said and then he replied that the estate is still undergoing development and that a lot of people have been really investing in this estate. Some have been completed while some have not been completed. Some are living in them while some rented it out. To be frank, I don't have the pictures with me now. Though I have them before when I went to abuja for inspection of the property but I lost my phone last month. I just got this. I will send you pictures soon as I get it. And that's y I want us to be connected on WhatsApp.

Also interested in pictures. Plus the areas you mentioned say nothing about the location of the estate in kuje. Capital science is at the far opposite end of Nig-Ghana, so is centenary. It's like Capital science is far North, Centenary is far west, and Nig-Ghana is far south.
Also, what are the building terms on the land, since it's an estate? only bungalows, duplex or what? Pls note not everyone uses whatsapp.

Well as a builder I usually advice my clients to mould blocks by themself when building.
Becos the ones been sell by block makers are usually moulded at 45-50 pics per bags, instead of the standard 30-35 per bags. So that's one of the reasons while blocks are easily broken wen u hit hammer or just a punch self

Okay. So that's cement management, molding thick blocks. What are your thoughts on red/fired bricks? Also on fireproof?
Properties / What's The Best, Strongest, Long Lasting Building Material To Use? by MMElliot: 11:53am On Apr 04, 2020
When building a house what's the best type of block or brick to use?

I've lived in a house where I could literally pull out a nail from the wall with my hand (other houses in that estate fell during heavy rain), and in another where only multiple hits with a hammer on a concrete nail would enter the wall. I don't know anything about blocks and bricks, but plan on building on a land and would like strong materials only, also I heard red bricks are strong and keep the home cool during hot weather seasons. Any other cooler and stronger materials? I currently live in a house with red bricks on the outside, but I believe the interior is cement - normal wall nailing and some corners at the ground, between tile and door frames do break down into sand, but it's nothing near cool during this hot period.

I do pray/meditate. And follow my heart the right way. Thanks.

We do have some imprint from each experience we had in diff lifetime that we carry when we reincarnate back to earth So the experience we gain is not wiped The only thing wiped are the knowledge of the challenges we are about to experience on Earth.
No We are all different and unique. There are old souls and new fresh souls pouring in to experience life.. Some lived 6 liftimes as a woman and on the 7th Life Time they decided to reincarnate as a Man. That Man will retain feminine energy from his past 6 lifetime and thus act like a female.. bobrisky and co

Gays, trans and co. Some say partial/weak y chromosomes before birth cause it, as we're all females before the chromosomes change us to male. In the end it's to live true to self, instincts, and live a life you'll not regret. There's a clear difference between good and evil. Always pick what's good. Feed the good wolf.
So many theories and philosophies about this life. Other planets still dey maybe with their own lifeforms, maybe just not visible to human eyes. Human relationships with animals too - They can sense how we feel, and can treat us accordingly, hence why some can relate with lions. All just deep. Funny thing is everyone might still be wrong.

Imagine As Souls We Have An Amazing Game.
In this Game, you can choose to be anything you want and experience but one rule to this game is that your memory and knowledge that this is just a game will be wiped.
So you come in fresh and have to make the right decision and face all these challenge. After you die, u realize oh it was just a game.
You see how good or bad you played the game of Life in the life review.
So you can go back and try again
Life is a game

Lol see as we derailed thread.
With games, there's experience. You'll get better. It seems pointless having to see your review and not replay from experience. What's stopping one from making the same mistakes.
Also, I wonder how many og spirits have been reincarnated. Or we're all just Adam and Eve reincarnated

Have a neighbor going through headache with this car. I used to over look the whole Toyota hype, but if you really want reliability, get the Lexus RX. Save yourself stress.

If not, plan to change car every year. Buy in good condition, manage, change after a year before problems start.

Anything else is gambling

There is no real judgement
After you accept death, u get what is called a Life Review. This is like a movie, u get to see all moments of your life and see where you went wrong and what u should have done at those moments.
You also get to experience the pains you caused others in Different moment of your life.
This is why the Golden Rule says do unto others what u want others to do unto you. This means during your life review you get to feel that joy, happiness, sorrow, grief you have caused other people.
So God does not judge you. It's you that do the judging of your actions.
He Loves Us Unconditionally and Gives Us reincarnation to come back in another life to undo our previous mistakes..
After you learn your mistakes from your life review, souls are given the chance to reincarnate back to earth and undo the wrongs of their previous life.

Only if we could remember when reincarnated

If he was a traditionalist when he was alive.
He will only agree to go if he sees his body properly buried.
Some spirits need to see that last respect given to them before they can accept their death. Souls that suffered all their life when they die do not care to witness their burial or even want to do anything with earth. They are glad they will no longer on Earth to suffer. Majority of souls stop roaming earth once they are properly buried.

Def not a traditionalist. Never believed in them. And DEF didn't suffer all his life. RIP pops. It's been ages.

To the main now, so after accepting death, is that when there's judgement? Some say it's immediately one dies, some say spirits have their realm to wait for judgement (which is when rapture happens)

Most people who die while running for their life do not realize they are Dead yet..

That man's spirit is still running
He does not know he is Dead yet

His Spirit not accepting sudden shock death. His Spirit Will Run Back To His House And See His Wife And Try to Talk To Her But She Won't Respond.
His Spirit will try to touch His Wife But Find It Difficult As She Passes Thru Him As He is Invisible. He Will Get Frustrated That Nobody Notice or Hear Him..
His Dead Relatives Will Soon Appear to Him to Explain That He is An Earthbound Spirit and He Should Accept His Death and Follow Them into the Spirit Realm Where He will Rest Peacefully..
Earthbound Spirits are spirits that refused to accept their death and they roam the Earth until they get persuaded by guardian angels or dead relatives to let go from whatever unfinished business they have on Earth.
Most of them include: War Casualties, People Who die in Sleep, those who die from sudden death without any warning signs...

I'm normally one to blame nollywood too, but, hmm. My dad passed away in his sleep horribly, and the days after, in another state, but in his home still, I could smell the odor that came from when he was turned over after death (he choked and oozing liquid came from his mouth - family village people said it some gunshot jazz, not choking. Idk.). The smell wasn't over the house, but like around when meetings were held, like he was there. Ruled it off as olfactory trauma, but reading this. Who knows. Till I die before I know if there's really anything after.

Personally, I believe this story, if what the doc said is true. He could've run because he was smoking or just because he had the weed on him. And being anaemic (maybe ss), that run can definitely cause shortness of breath (just finishing a joint too can make his heart rate increase) and to continue running out of fear joined, fainting is very possible.

Dude should'nt have pushed his health condition, last last he'll pay police. RIP to him.
