I know a number of southerners who are into cattle rearing and employ fulanis as herders.
Most cattles you see in the south are owned by southerners.Universities,farmers and individuals invest in this business.So if not for hypocrisy and ethnic bigotry ,I simply do not understand our fuss about this issue.
Developed countries have farm settlements where cattles are kept and supplied with pasture.same thing i think the FG is trying to do but in a wrong way.The policy should be that if u want to rear your cattle,you must obtain a license,provide a farm settlement and register ur farm manager(or herder) with the local council.What is so difficult in doing this.
But I will reiterate that most cattles you see in the south belongs to southerners,fulani herdsmen are just caretakers.so lets stop been a coward.

Developed countries don't have boko haram terrorists in their midst killing thousands of people, destroying army bases, capturing slaves, taking over communities and hoisting flags in local government areas as part of their caliphate, they don't have militia herdsmen killing locals, farmers and destroying communities across several states. So your point is useless. Do we have the same security America and other developed countries have?

What happened to local government automy? Why will a governor decide he will share local government money for traditional rulers who basically do nothing except chop money and marry more wives. The local government chairmen should contest this in court and put this overreaching governor in his place. He should share his salary with the traditional rulers if he wants to buy their support with money.

Then I find a solution myself. If you want us to talk one on one, request for my number so we can talk better. These attitudes of our wives are what kill some of the men untimely.

From what you just said it is clear that your wife is cheating. No real wife will turn down her husband that has been gone for a month. She will even be the one to initiate sex and swallow you like a hungry lion. The fact that she is not interested with you is 100% proof she is already sleeping with another man or men. Don't accuse her randomly, get your evidence and one of the surest ways is checking through her phone when she doesn't expect. 2 years I think, very fast delivery to the best of my knowledge. I'm using the stock android Pie on my Note 8, and update came early this year. Came with Nougat, now i'm on Pie, then I'm sure I will get at least 1 more OS upgrade, or 2 more since it's the Note 8, lucky me . I've been around the phone spectrum and back in the day, the BlackBerry Passport was my favorite,
but since Android broke through, switched to iPhone, then Android, and out of the androids I have been opportune to handle, Samsung is the best above the rest, then followed by stock Android phones like Nexus or the Pixel. iPhones are cool but Samsung is just on a higher level, like 2 levels above. The current iPhone XS Max is just about on par with the Samsung S8+

The headphone Jack doesn't affect its waterproofing. Samsung phones IP67 and IP68 are legit waterproof for their specified ratings. Unless you tamper with your Samsung phone, like during repairs when they open and don't seal it back properly. Other than that, it is legit waterproof. The only thing iPhone beats Samsung in is the glass. iPhones have stronger glass than Samsung in terms of high drop. Both screens will break but Samsung will shatter more. Other than that, Samsung is far better than iPhone. Like the iPhone XSMax should be competing with Samsung S8+ category . Samsung S or Note series over iPhone anyday.

There's something out of the ordinary with those places, something unusual. I remember many years ago driving to Benin at night, around maybe 10:30pm passing one of those bridges my vehicle suddenly screeched out of nowhere and it was as if a force wanted to knock it out of control into the river. I was at the center of the road (best to stay in the middle in night driving, makes it easier to maneuver road hazards etc) and I held my steering wheels hard to prevent it from losing control and then it was like another greater force repelled it away and I gained control back, everything happening so fast like within 5 seconds. Till today, I know for certain God saved me that night, otherwise I would have ended up in the river, driving alone late at night in the middle of nowhere with no help in sight. But God showed me mercy and didn't let it happen. Drove that car all the way to Benin and back, no issues. That was the day I knew that some accidents are not due to bad roads or bad cars or driver error like overspeeding or drunkenness etc. Some accidents are caused by evil spirits. It might sound hard to believe, but there are some strange things happening in this world science can't explain. Since that encounter, I don't joke with prayers when I'm travelling. I must bind and cast every demon out of my way in Jesus Name and by faith it is so. I be prayer warrior for interstate travel . Our highways one way or another have taken countless lives just like that , safety goes beyond a good car, good roads and good driving skills. Prayer is very crucial.
