Hello Good People,

Please, I am just about to start this whole EES process from the scratch. But before i start investing into it, I decided to check my eligibility using a feasible IELTS scores plus my last job title and description, which end up qualifying me. Hurray!!!

I was worried, after checking my CRS score that end up being 360, I developed instant turn off with this. But something in me keep telling me “impossible is nothing.”

A quick heads up on what I have in terms of qualifications.

-Clocking 35 in Q3-2019;

-Got a B.Tech degree;

-3 years working experience in logistics field,before resigning from my job in December,2017 to run my personal business;

-Wify, got 2 yrs diploma certificate and first degree in industrial labor relations (ILR) with no single work experience, self employed.

So here are my Qs:

1) What other things can I do to up my CRS scores? As i learnt from my research that 440 upward is more realistic for selection into the pool. And i will need nothing less than 90 to be on the safer side. So how do I gather this 90 points?

b) Will my wife have to do IELTS to help push the score point up? Considering the facts that she doesn’t have any work experience to file in for EES that could help increase the CRS score. Can she still apply has an applicant with me considering all these factors stated?

2) Is PNP another option for me? If yes,will I have to get a job offer from desired province before going this route? Won’t mind any suggestions based on province that would cut across my career path.

3) I have got no close relatives in Canada, except for distance friend and university friends, and some canadian business partners, can any of these links be helpful if I claim them as my relatives in CRS?

Note: While doing the casual job, I wasn't on the company pay roll list, because I was being paid as a casual worker.

I want to use this medium to thank everyone that called me and those that supported me when i was scammed recently by a known thief here and I'm also thanking those that also mocked me too, May God bless everyone of you.
And a big thank you to the guy here that called me and offered to help me start eccurency business so i can fend for myself. I was able to get some money from few folks to start trading here.

So many threads on various political platforms and fora has predicted that the Ex-military head of state, Gen. Mohammed Buhari, as the flag bearer of the APC even thou is yet to win the primaries of the said party, but all and sundry believe he will be the emerging presidential candidate of APC.

From the other side of the political coin, our incumbent president ; Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, declared his intention to vie for the number one citizen seat for the second time against all odds of criticism and has stepped up his political game lately.

Come few months to this time the battle line is drawn between GEJ and GMB. Let's have the electronic poll opinion of the average Nigerian electorates ahead of February 14, 2015.

So therefore,voting will starts with " likes" for the party or candidate you feel is worth giving that chance.

Did an interview on Friday,with a telecommunication subsidiary coy. And i was the first to he interviewed among the three interviewees having 15 mins each. It was all good for me nt until we got to the salary aspect,where i was asked how much was my salary wt myt last employer? I replied wt six figures and just bf i swallowed up saliva after the answer one of the interviewer said "we can't pay you that amount here". The other guy was insisting i should name my price, i replied thus "will simply appreciate what will commensurate my job responsiblities". No! No! Mr. XYZ,that's a perception. Just tell us how much u will like to be paid, the third dude was like 'be precise and jst tell us nt to call u if we can't pay u ur request'
So i dropped 20k out of wt i told them i was been paid bty my last employer,and they all penned it on my interview assessment score sheet.

Was asked if it's negotiable,went blank out of thought for some few seconds bf replying wt "yes".
Next question was do u have any question? "Yes" i said. "Ok! go ahead",one of them replied.
As a sharp guy nw, i asked fr d next thing to be done to mk the job mine. Was told i will be contacted if am d succesful candidate or not.
Went out of their board room by saying "thanks".

The other two interviewees were like " whats up? How was it? Wt were d questions like?"

Guys ur questions come from ur cv & that's all.

Was close to Oshodi,when i felt one of my phones vibrating. Quickly rushed for it n picked up d call,d next thing was are u Mr. XYZ,congratulations u just got urself d job u ve been interviewed fr. Kindly resume on Monday by 8am.

Lesson: when salary package questions are thrown to a prospective employee. The best thing is to value urself high and say ur church mind abt wt u expect as ur take home. Regardless of wht will happen after u say it out,que sera sera i.e wht will be will be. As long as u av performed very well earlier and sell urself & skills very well.

Last bullet: Learn to negotiate based on Net and not gross salary as d former is ur tk home after all tax n pension deductions. Was a victim of this some couples of months back after negotiating my salary only nt to tell them whether net or gross,nt until i saw my appointment letter bf it occured to me that have shot myself by d feet by nt specifying. Gbam!
