The thing is dis u apply last year? Where u approved last year. If your answer is yes. Then what @Jonathon is saying is true

When you open the app, click LOGIN, then a login page will open, below that page (bottom right) you will see OPEN ACCOUNT. You don't need account number for that. After that, you will be given an account number then you proceed to SIGN UP with the account number and phone number. After SIGN UP, then finally you can LOGIN with your account number as LOGIN ID and the password you created during SIGN UP.

If you've been approved under SME or Household and still waiting for alert for longer than usual: YOUR MONEY IS MOST LIKELY IN AN AUTOMATICALLY OPENED NMFB ACCOUNT.
