StOla: That has been the PDP way with federal budgets, and reached new heights with the Jonathan regime. I reckon the budget for the secretariat was also to be funded via the Dasuki ONSA account, while the actual funds raised would have been disbursed to party bigwigs under the pretence of mobilizing for elections, in total departure from the purpose for which it was raised.
If OBJ can grow the foreign reserves despite low oil price and still increase minimum wage. if Yar Adua can also grow the same foreign reserves and still subsidise the economy to the tune of about $16b in the advent of the 2008 global financial crisis. Then I marvel at Jonathan's depletion of inherited foreign reserves from $47b to $30b within 5yrs, despite earning unprecedented high crude oil sales in the first 4yrs of the 5yrs regime. Na the highlighted dey cause mindless wailing. |

40kobo77: Good Job.
In this list i counted 30 Northerners out of 48, and yet Buhari is still being insulted by those from the part of Nigeria that are related to Tonto Dikeh, as being a Bigot.
I hope you guys are happy now that Northerners are getting sacked?ungrateful uneducated bunch.
Nice one President Buhari as corruption knows no tribe or religion.
If the 30 sacked for stealing from Nigeria, were from the Tonto Dikeh part of the Country, you would have seen them holding placards in the morning saying LEAVE OUR BROTHERS ALONE.
Shameless thieves. Relax, don't tear your drawers... You can't say northereners are getting sacked & corruption is getting a knock in the same breath, stick with one narrative ..... They are either corrupt & getting served or they are being unfairly targetted ... Hameed Ali (one of Bubu's deft move worthy of applause) did this, this is not from Bubu.... Do you realize 75% of senior custom officials are from the north? So weeding out the corrupt senior ones must lean towards that side... P.S .... Even Bubu himself knows he is tilted towards a certain part of the country |

bamasite2: The issue is very simple bro! Go to your Google chrome 2. Open settings 3 open site settings and turn on translation. When you open the site again, it should ask you 'do you want to translate.......' Choose yes and when it is done translating, it will tell you and you will see the site in English.
On price: They won't tell you email for price. Prices are given in the Chinese currency of rmb or yuan. All you need to do is to calculate using the prevailing exchange rate. Secondly, prices are listed based on the range of quantity. For example, if you see a listing for 400 yuan, that is the price for the largest quantity group. So you will see things like: 5-10pieces 11-20pieces. 21-50pieces. 51-100pieces 600yuan. 570yuan. 500yuan. 400yuan
Hope you get the point! Thank you for your effort but the site doesn't include "PRICE" for their Listings,, they do " ONLY on request" The preferred item is to be downloaded & sent as attachments for enquiry... Unfortunately, it's to be done in chinese, how that one go take happen... Unless Google chrome will translate for me & as we know, e fit cause more problem.. Already established contact with Zuby & he will contact them on my behalf.... |

Business › Re: How Should You Pay When Importing From China by modath(f): 7:50am On Jan 21, 2017 |
ZUBY77: Thanks OP. Making payments to Chinese sellers is one of the biggest headaches in buying goods from China. No doubt, China is the world's biggest market and will remain so for decades to come due to the government policies that cut the production taxes to near zero.
One of the reasons why I chose to relocate to China is the same reason about finding it difficult to make safe payments to sellers in China. Being adventurous in nature, I decided to explore the possibilities of making payments to China easy for Nigerians.
So what did I do? I opened up Nigeria bank accounts where people pay in Naira, I buy RMB (Chinese Yuan), contact the seller, verify his or her business before making payments. This became so easy for me to do because I have 5 Chinese workers that do the job for me.
The initial challenge was getting people to trust that you won't run away with their money but we were able to overcome that easily because the two people I started with, brought their friends after successful and fast transactions, the new people brought new people and so on. It also helped that a lot of my followers from my books were into importation too and they didn't think twice before using our system.
At a stage, we decided to create Whatsapp group where everyone ask questions and buys cheap goods on sale from me. We don't have fixed percentage, I will tell you the exact current rate of RMB to Naira and Dollar. That's what you pay. The condition is that my company ship the goods to Nigeria. If you are going to send to another shipping agency, then we will discuss how much you pay me for paying your seller in China. ... All in all, Global Runs Express makes payment to China as easy as ABC.
... Hello.. There is a site I want to buy from but it's in Chinese, can you provide contact/ payment/ shipping logistics? Thank you. |

Lee Kwan Yew transformed Singapore from a 3rd world country to a thriving and enviable one and he was a mere barrister!! If you gat it, you gat it!!! I have come to the conclusion that good entrepreneurs becoming political leaders is the only way Nigeria can grow not just some guy living in a 3 bedroom flat and all of a sudden becomes a governor controlling billions because of God fatherism. Most (not ALL, like 75%) of Nigeria's "good entrepreneurs" either are involved in sharp practices like Forex round tripping or are piggy backed by corrupt government officials who use them as front to launder / loot the treasury through inflated contracts et al, so thinking this way isn't the real solution.... Until we can prune down the excessive control of old braggarts on our national landscape and reduce the powers of monetization/ cash for votes, the vicious circle remains... The youngman is busy looting and buying houses for his girlfriends in Aba while workers are starving without salaries. Some people dey get "dividends of democracy" be dat, so he still dey werk.. |

Gambia Supreme Court yesterday declined to stop Thursday’s inauguration of President-elect Adama Barrow. The Supreme Court ruling followed a petition by President Yahya Jammeh, seeking an injunction aimed at blocking Barrow’s swearing in. Jammeh’s constitutional term in office is expected to end on Wednesday after he lost to businessman Barrow, in the December 1, 2016 poll. Although he initially accepted defeat, he has since lodged a case before the Supreme Court requesting the result be annulled. But the court is unable to hold a hearing until May – as most of the judges come from neighbouring countries – and Jammeh has said he is going nowhere until then. Barrow, who has received the support of the international community, has said he would go ahead with his inauguration on Jan. 19 despite Jammeh’s rejection of the result. Supreme Court Chief Justice Emmanuel Fagbenle told Jammeh’s lawyer that he could not make the order being sought to stop the January 19 inauguration. Fagbenle said he was unable to preside over the motion filed because he was named in the petition. Already, thousands of people have begun fleeing Gambia amid growing signs that ECOWAS could invade the former British colony within days. Regional leaders have signalled their determination to mount a rare African defence of democratic principle by using force to ensure that Jammeh, Gambia’s president of 22 years, gives up power. Ferry terminals on the River Gambia are recieving passengers hoping for safe passage into Senegal. The United Nations refugee agency says it is assessing the situation. http://thenationonlineng.net/court-rejects-jammehs-request-stop-inauguration/ |

99% of this nation's problems can be traced (directly/indirectly) to political AGIPs that have lost their access to the political buffet table and for want of something to do and also an opportunity to keep getting their names in the press, keep making thoughtless and unguarded statements/speeches!!
Unfortunately, we have too many brainless twits who do live in perpetual victim mode , believe they are hated/marginalised (their actions should never be taken into account), also do not have the gumption to sieve through info, will not read/research to save their own lives and therefore will swallow this misrepresentation of verifiable fact hook, liner, sinker & the fisherman as well!!!!
If this man gets a small position today, the song will change!! Ifeanyi Ubah was TAN in 2015, 2016 wetin be TAN? Even Peter Obi is doing a volte face already, asking not to be pitted against the president!!!! Loyalty is dead! Na wah!! |
