because the presiding Justice, Jumai Hannatu Sankey, is prone to corruption. The petitioner further alleged that Justice San-key had been sick for the past five years and as such, “became very poor and prone to corruption”.

“The failure on the part of the executive arm of government to act upon recommendations by the NJC cannot be blamed upon the NJC.”
His Lordship opines that any significant involvement in the fight against corruption will be upon a similar commitment of the prosecutorial agencies to actively prosecute their cases expeditiously when information about same is received.

NJC made recommendations, that wasn't obeyed & who do you think was at the helm of affairs then? Hero IB, clueless 1 of Otuoke of course.

Of his many sins, one of them is that, the useless AGF Adoke insisted then that any EFCC case above N50m fraud should first be brought to his attention before any further action... who else had opportunity to steal & no prize guessing what party they belonged to, PDP of course.. God being good to y'all principals, the cases were effectively buried..

You people know so little but keep moping & sorrowing like bush babies upandan the interweb!! Get info & stop disturbing public peace.

So madam you knew it has been propaganda all along? God save you guys.
God will save you from hate, deep seated bitterness & bias first then I'm open to saving for my own misdemeanours as well.

There is no government anywhere in the world that does not employ propaganda, what sets each apart is how it's propagated.

In this case, the message to be gleaned from the statement I quoted is one of keeping to the straight & narrow, not soiling one's hands which in my book is an overkill...

Defaulting on 1.2m isn't what we are talking about, it's the big numbers not what some use to make it rain in clubs in a couple of hours...

Who are the we? speak for yourself man.

Catching those guys is good but not a priority because it wont give Nigerians electricity, jobs, economic revival and so on, these should be the legacy Buhari should try to attain and not chasing around some looters that has never been convicted till date while everything about the country is taking a turn for the worst.

We know Government officials steal money but they steal it within the confines of the law which makes it harder to secure any conviction, so instead of chasing shadows that nothing will come out of, why not concentrate on power, economy and the those things that defines the life of every Nigerian.
Pray tell us all if you are likely to concentrate at work if you experienced a major robbery the night before & you were dispossessed of all your worldly goods...

Talk is cheap, anyone can say this but since you've taken it upon yourself, kindly follow through & tell us where the money to expand the economy will come from now that the nation is broke through briggandage & mindless looting! !!

The new condition is that the new policemen will be employed based on their local government areas and would be deployed in their communities
I soo love this clause, welcome to community policing.
Community gini? cheesy cheesy cheesy You are joking right? huh

You couldn't be more wrong, They won't be posted to their LGs!!! It will be random posting as usual..

The reason for the clause is to insert the names of their ward chairmen/women/loyalists' etc into the list.. It's the usual practise, their own way of trickling down dividend of democracy..there is nothing like community nothing....

Let the northerners stay up there and clean their mess. Enough of creating havoc and then sending innocent southerners to goan die in the hand of Boko Haram et al.
Also enough of ab.ok.i hustling to get posted to juicy formations down south like say na their birthright.
I'm so amazed that this is the way your thought process works & you keep jumping into my mentions!! sad Na wah ooo!! Up your game, this is lowbrow!

Politics › Re: Buhari’s Strategists Chasing Ants By Reuben Abati by modath(f): 3:45am On Nov 01, 2016
An obsession with the past does not produce a legacy; it defeats it.
A yoruba adage loosely translated says " When children fall, they cast their gaze forward, when adults do, they look back" .. The reason adult look back is to ascertain why they tripped, took a dive & ensure it doesn't repeat itself...

The immediate past of Nigeria is why its present is messed up & why the future looks bleak... If Abati, his principal IB 1 of Bayelsa hadn't sanctioned indiscriminate looting & also looked away while their band of bandits cohorts were robbing the nation to a coma, no one would care about the past...

Just return what you got & leave the epistle alone..

The only thing i want bros Rueben to do for us well meaning & sane citizens is to give a comprehensive list of the reporters & editors he shared the 50m he received from Dasuki to...

Names , publishing houses & exact amount + date... The story that he has amnesia about this is nauseating...

It's impossible that he distributed this money & he didn't keep a record of the transaction unless he kept it all for himself & scammed IB into thinking he shared it.. Anything is possible!!!

With him on that.
I am so with him on that.
One of my uncle legalized himself as an Ivory Coast citizen after the Biafra war, sadly, the rest of my family did not follow him. Now his children call Ivory Coast their home country, not one of them actually refer to Nigeria as their ancestry and everyday, I'm jealous of them. I wish my father did as my uncle. Honestly i wish he did.
That Albino monkey in zoo cage has really done a number on a lot of y'all psyche, normal everyday mundane events become extra dramatic! Na wah ooo..

Don't attribute a natural phenomenon to the scars of war, people move around, adapt, settle & call wherever they are HOME, it's no biggie!

The Ejigbo people of Osun state have done the same in Cote d'ivoire & they didn't have any warfare experience to make it so...

First generation Nigerian-Americans (Asians, british, Italian, everybody) too are the same, so what you are saying is a non factor..

Right now, i'm desperately trying to see if anyone knows how I can get legalized in Cameroon or Ghana as a citizen without actually visiting or living in that country, please tell me. i rather be from any other place than that shithole call Nigeria. Ethiopia is even better than it.
We too many sef, please do it quick!! Hope more of you will follow suit, Ghana & cote d'ivoire (+ all WA & so many other countries in Africa)your beloved cote d'ivoire are visa free entry.Thank you.
