First, you said the Members of the House of Reps made him the Speaker of the House, but not Nigerians. If they [House Members] no longer want him as their Speaker, they can impeach him (that's if they're able to get the mandatory 2/3 to do so). Since you said they made him their Speaker, then let them remove him if they wish. You said "and not Nigerians." Who are those Nigerians you're referring to?! Ain't you among the Nigerians. Are those Nigerians not you, myself and others?! You are not a member of the House of Reps, so I'll advise you to let those people who elected him also decide whether to remove him or not.

Pls, I would also want you to quote the Section of the Constitution where it's stated that "Once a Speaker defects, he's no longer a Speaker".

I think the purpose of creating the prisons would be defeated if everyone is allowed access into them. Inmates would be able to interact with Freemen the same way they would had they not been incarcerated, which raises the question of why they are in prison in the first place!

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu may go to jail as Federal High Court has reserved ruling over the alleged certificate forgery.

The federal high court Ikoyi Lagos has reserved ruling on the suit filled by Dr Adegbola Dominic against Inspector general of police and commissioner of police Lagos state to June 4th, 2013.


Dr Dominic took the duo to court over their inability to conclude the investigation of certificate forgery by Bola Tinubu and prosecute him forforgery as directed by the supreme court.

Bola Tinubu was alleged to have forged the certificates which he presented to INEC in 1999 when he contested for election as the governor of Lagos state.

[size=15pt]The late Gani Fawehinmi who first challenged the academic qualifications that Tinubu presented to INEC in court was told by both the high court and the appeal courts that Tinubu as then sitting governor cannot be tried as he enjoys immunity from prosecution.[/size]

This is not a pro Jonathan message but a anti Buhari one! after witnessing first hand the kind of nonsense that happened in kaduna and katsina APC primaries because of favoritism and lack of democracy that he not only encourage but quite clearly promoted, I am of the conclusion that this man is not as honest and upright as people believe he is. With the way Buhari runs things I can say clearly that this man is just as bad as the rest of them and I will never vote for him ever again just like I will never vote for GEJ!
