Its inhumane to blame the girl without finding out the circumstances that made her to abort the baby.

Wait ooo..... What are you tryna say herehuh Was she a rape victimhuh When she got pregnant and the guy refused to accept the responsibility, why didn't she abort the child thenhuh So if she is asked what killed her baby which I'm sure some will wanna hear the results of the pregnancy, what explanation will she givehuh

Bros is it not foolishness to murder the baby after keeping her in her womb for 9 months, pushing hard to deliver and the pains........ And you are here expecting me to applaud her action of murdering the baby in a cold blood and using a polythene bag as the caskethuh She even dumped in a place the world will see it.
You don't know the circumstances that made her abort the baby do you?

Look TonyeBarcanista , the chances PDP has is so slim, even slimmer than a sickle cell patient. For me I think it's 50/50 between the PDP and APC for the next Senate President. PDP as at present can get it if ekwerenmadu has a clean shit and no ant or cockroaches hidden in his cupboard. Infact this people have succeeded in rubbishing Saraki's image and personality.
Saraki would remain senate president till 2019, this case would drag and continue till at least 2019.

That's the truth. APc should forget about the Senate.

@OPCNairaland: I don't like arguing much. I did lay to bear analysis on how to pocket APC. You are telling me plea bargain. Who's afraid of that? Like I said, you can't use the judiciary to bully everybody. Abeg I no wan argue
The impending implosion in APC would make PDP'S past wahala seem like child's play
Can't wait to see how this all pans out, I bought my ticket a long time ago hehehe.

OfoIgbo:
I thought of this same strategy a few days ago when I started taking interest in the Saraki saga.

It has one flaw, and a major flaw it is.

MONEY POLITICS. Remember that people like Tinubu have amassed corrupt riches over the decades, and I am not sure how principled, these batch of PDP and rebel APC senators are to resist any financial inducement from Tinubu's minions. This is the only flaw to your plan, that I can think of at the moment.

However all hope is not lost. I can think of two ways of countering potential Tinubu et al financial inducement of senators
Saraki is not a poor man and same goes for the senators backing him. The APC senators who went with Saraki to the tribunal sent a loud message to party chiefs. Saraki might even increase his support cause of his defiance.
Politics › Re: The Battle For Senate Presidency: PDP Has The Upper-hand by Mogidi: 6:15pm On Sep 23, 2015
OPCNAIRALAND:
Barcanista,
There is a legal instrument called plea bargain, a negotiating contract used by prosecutors to win convictions by volume at a fraction of what the cost would be otherwise to the defendant. The victories are political gains for the Justice Dept.

There is hardly any sitting Senator in the Legislative Chamber who, under probe and scrutiny, will pass an accountability stress-test, particularly so if in the past they were Governors or Ministers. People like Senator Stella Oduah, Senator Dickson....even people like Senator Kashamu who were just top party stalwarts have one or two high scale controversies they would gladly trade off (plea bargain) and get a clean slate than clutch to party loyalty or to Saraki and risk spending time in prison.

Saraki's loudest supporter, Dino Melaye, has so far maintained silence and was not seen in his entourage to CCT Court. There is a reason for this.

PDP is not in a position to protect its Senators against charges of corruption. They are not in control of Judiciary or Law Enforcement. These Senators are vulnerable and you can expect them to vote for their freedom than for party ideology.
You almost sounded like you knew what you were talking about until the emboldened.

FACT: In 1983, When the Senate Committee Late Saraki chaired was investigating the stolen $2.8 Billion, from the Coffers Of NNPC Between 1977-1978, under Buhari's watch as NNPC Boss. Muhammadu Buhari was Indicted by the Nigerian Senate over the missing funds, as the Money was traced to his Bank accounts with British bank, Midland bank, now HSBC.
I knew there was a reason for the witch-hunt.
