Oh MC for once I disagree with you. How dare you say it is no different than asking for condiments? She brought it with so that means she had pre conceived notation that the food was going to be tasteless. She already deemed her food tasteless without tasting it first. That  is very different from asking for pepper when you've already tasted the food. Ah think about it from that perspective.

^^^^Exactly!!! If she had tasted a little, then asked for some pepper or sauce, it would have probably been forgivable. But I assure you, some diners have had to eat some funny-tasting sh*t, so if something isn't spicy enough, that should be the least of anyone's worries . How can you dine with a typical Englishman and expect the food to be "spicy" like her Indian cuisine ??

No, M.C. for once I have to disagree with you. It's just not done, bringing your own flavour-enhancer . It was downright rude and everyone should have paid her back by bringing maybe some Alka Seltzer to her own dinner party, to protect themselves from her "spicy" food. People have eaten worse things than tasteless food, she should have had more finesse !!
