Please I need help.

How can I find someone who is in USA from Nigeria?

I want to know where the person is in USA.

We have not heard from the person in months.

Why are you looking for the person? How long has the person been in the US, and which visa route did he use to get here?
Please provide answer to those questions, and let start from there.

The only way I see this working is if she designated you as a beneficiary to the account and when she opened it. If she didn't, you will most likely be turned away if you show up to the bank.

You are very correct on this. If she did not designate him as a beneficiary, the money is as good as gone.

Another option is if there is a proof of family relationship between you and the girl, maybe a good lawyer can help you get it. But then it will still be tough. It seems the money is gone for good..

Pls I like to ask, I was told I need to get my driver's license here ready before coming to Maryland, Bowie to be precise as there is no transport system over there unlike Newyork. Pls is this real cos I'm coming over very soon.

When you are about to come here, ensure you get an international driver. Though you can only use it to drive around for about a year, but know that you can not use it to work or even apply for jobs. It's just to drive around if there is a car available.

You will still have to go through their driving test both practical and theory to get licensed here.

Normally your passport is not supposed to be returned. That is not a good sign .

However, since it was returned, you would have to get a joint sponsored and submit at the DHL office at Muri Okunola, Victoria Island office.

Health / Re: I Was Diagnosed With A Case Of Very Low Testosterone by molybdenum0012: 2:59pm On Mar 06
Donald7610:
If you're experiencing low testosterone levels, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and treatment options. Here are some general tips:

Seek Medical Advice: Low testosterone levels can have various causes and effects on your health. Consulting a doctor or an endocrinologist is crucial to determine the underlying cause and the most suitable treatment plan for you.

Healthy Lifestyle Choices: Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can help manage testosterone levels. This includes regular exercise, a balanced diet rich in nutrients, sufficient sleep, and stress management techniques.

Weight Management: Obesity can contribute to low testosterone levels. Losing excess weight through a combination of diet and exercise can help improve hormone levels.

Avoid Excessive Alcohol and Drug Use: Alcohol and recreational drugs can negatively impact testosterone levels. Limiting or avoiding their use can be beneficial.

Consider Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT): In some cases, doctors may recommend TRT to restore testosterone levels to normal ranges. This therapy can be administered through injections, patches, gels, or implants, but it should only be undertaken under medical supervision.

Monitor Health Regularly: Keep track of your health by scheduling regular check-ups with your healthcare provider. Monitoring your testosterone levels and overall health can help detect any changes or issues early on.

Emotional Support: Dealing with low testosterone levels can be emotionally challenging. Seek support from friends, family, or a therapist if needed. Emotional well-being is an integral part of overall health.

Remember, everyone's body is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. It's essential to work closely with healthcare professionals to find the most appropriate treatment plan for your specific situation.

USA is a land of opportunities. If you are dedicated and can work hard the sky is the limit for you. Nurses have different options to make such amount - overtime, shift differential, Holiday pay, etc.

I am a health physicist, and that amount seems entry-level though varied from one State to another. From my findings, one has to be certified (CHP) to start getting better opportunities for higher pay. But the exams seem to be the toughest exam I know. May God help us all and show us the way in this foreign land.

Whether it's worth it or not to come over depends on her holdings currently. If her holdings is not much there is no point coming purposely for the dividend or the proceeds.

Also note that any dividend older than 12 years cannot be paid to her.

Personally I will advice if the quantity she has is not much, there is no point coming because her dividend and the proceeds from the sale may not cover the cost of her ticket except if she has other things to do here in Nigeria.
By the way conoil closed today at 101.

Thanks for your input. I think it's around 100 -500, don't know if that is enough.

Well. Maybe she will have to forget about it then .

Thanks again

Hello guys, I need your advice.

My wife here just got an info to claim an unclaimed dividends of share she bought about 23 years ago with Conoil before she left Nigeria.

She has gone through the link and found out her name is there:
https://sec.gov.ng/non-mandated/

Now she does not have the certificate any more nor any Nigeria bank account number.

She is wondering if it worth it to come down to naija to claim it or not .

Please, brokers in the house what's your advice ?

I have been here for 25 years and never regretted it. I continue to thank God for making it possible for me to be here. Things keep on getting better for me and my family decade after decade.

As a Nigerian, it is hard to get a decent job after graduation, even with a master's degree. 12 years after graduation I was still struggling really hard. I moved to the US, and within 3 months I got a part-time job that was not even in my field of student, less than 3 months I got a full-time better job within my field. Tell me why should I regret?

I actually don't have those issues with winter. Winter is actually my favorite season and I look forward to the snow/cold. I hate heat and love cold..lol

In your case, take your Vitamin D/ C /Fish oil/ Collagen supplements, keep a great medicinal candle burning for great respiration, take enough liquids, great skincare and get a good humidifier - invest in warm clothings, gloves, hats, boots too.

As for jobs, keep pushing and applying - people have dropped enough resources here on that. Came here 2 years ago for my masters, got a job before graduation of over $150k and just had my company/business registered this January. It will all work out for you. All the best.

Thank you for your words of encouragement. God bless our hustles.

Thanks. I will keep doing that as I don't have a choice right now.
