just bought a very nice piece of land at sangotedo from wole.

One or two agents have taken your statement with an offence, especially tonyflez. 4million naira is alot of money tonyflez and i believe you cannot afford such amount. Obviously the writer has had a bad experience and he is expressing it in his or her instructions and i do not see anything rude or arrogant in the statement.

Though the writers words were very harsh, but it speaks truth and frustrations most buyers go through especially for the foreign based buyers.

So ybroker, please turn down the tone of your write up and beware of lands in ajah axis.

my friend in business, honesty is the best policy. those pictures where where taken overseas as one of you so called fitted kitchen has a boiler and you do not need a boiler in nigerias. show people kitchens you have fitted in nigeria, i bet you cannot? as you cannot match the stasndard of pictures you are dosplaying. my brother be honest.

People on naira land, beware when buying from okun ajah. on a very good location don't pay more than 2million and lesser locationb look to pay 1.2-1.5million. do not believe the hype on okun ajah, i have been there and the development is very sluggish, in short look at a future prospect of about 10years. do no be decieved by agents selling for family for less than 800k and looking for ignorant buyers to sell to for million.

True, most of the land at trade fair area is government land. But some area was allocated to the OBA and documents are availble to back this up. So you will be buying from the area allocated to the palace. At this location i have 220 by 250 for sale, with 5000 blocks, 5 trips of granite and dug well on site. 100 X 100 will sell for N2.2million and if you can afford the entire 220X250 ( thats 4 plots of 100X100 and 2 plots of 50X100) discount will be given. As earlier stated, when you buy, no fear on dispute, nor settling any thugs during building, due to source of ownership.

At uzebu quarters, i have 100 X 300 ( thats 3 plots of 100X100) corner plots and these will go for N1.5 millon each and discount available for all 3 plots.
