We are Solicitors to Redbrick Homes International Limited (Redbricks), Amen City Ltd, Ashlead Estates Ltd (Ashlead) and Ms Folasade Balogun (formerly Mrs Folasade Gbadamosi) and our attention has just been drawn to a social media post authored by one Babatunde Gbadamosi. In his post Babatunde Gbadamosi alleges that Amen Estate and Amen Estate Phase 2 of Eleko Beach Road, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State are assets of Redbricks and Ashlead. He states further that Redbricks and Ashlead belong to him and Ms Balogun. This information is false in every respect and we hereby advise the public to ignore it.

Babatunde Gbadamosi voluntarily relinquished his entire shareholding interest in Redbricks and Ashlead and resigned his directorship in these companies as far back as July 2021 under a notarised legal instrument. He has no interest whatsoever in either the above companies or any of their assets that he listed, namely Amen Estate, Amen Estate 2, TIARA, Emerald Bay, Emerald Park and Amen City.

His directorship resignations and shareholding relinquishment have been duly filed at the Corporate Affairs Commission and are available to the public for verification. None of these assets is listed as “marital assets” that is subject of litigation between Babatunde Gbadamosi and Ms Sade Balogun.

You may see it online in a moment, where the police gazette declared me wanted, for kidnapping, land grabbing, and other accusations. I didn’t kidnap anybody, and I don’t even know who they are talking about. The only thing they intend to do is to disparage me and de-market my company.

Aare Bashir Fakorede has been trying to cause confusion for the past two years fighting my corporate existence and business. He has engaged many people. He went so low as to bring in someone like Shakeerah of Whiterose, who pretended to do business with me and later romantically fell in love with me. But I later found out that it was all a setup. They have tried their best not to only defame me but tried to assassinate me in the past, and they failed. There was a time they went online, claiming that I dehumanized Esheolobo, which we are still in court over. Everybody knows Esheolobo is Fakorede's boy and same Aare Bashiru Fakorede sponsored the Murphy Adebare, Topaz's landgrabbing scenario.

You will recall that a lady, who happened to be Bashir Fakorede and Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi’s friend, Olayinka Igbinoba, was parading a surgery video claiming I broke her leg, and many others have made similar claims. They tried to disparage me, devalue my company, and assassinate my character. If you see anything online from the Nigeria Police Force, Zone 2, about me, it is not Nigeria police force as entity, it is the handwork of Landgrabbers in police Uniform led by retired AIG Durosinmi, who just incorporated Tijani Taofeek to thrived Aare Bashiru Fakorede landgrabbing business. Nobody has invited me officially even up till now. If they have one, they should show to the world and let me show the world that my company is the norminal complainants. All they intends to do is to hijack my property. All these lies they are spreading are about land. They are hiding under their police uniform to strengthen their partners inland-grabbing business.

The retired AIG in Zone 2 asked Tijani Taofeek to negotiate with me for the AIG to help me settle my problem with IGP demanding one hundred and fifty million naira (₦150,000,000), claiming the AIG's fight with me is that I am too stingy and that I don’t give them money like others do. I’m an investor, not an agent or land grabber. I can't pay what the AIG was demanding at the time, and because of that, they fully orchestrated conspiration with Bashir Fakorede to demolish my property and tarnish my image.

For the first time, I heard Bashir speaking on the phone, saying they had finalized that I should be arrested and paraded on TV. The only thing they want to achieve is to de-market me and my company despite the court restraining order. I am ready to be investigated, but not by Tijani Taofeek or anyone linked to the retired AIG Durosinmi, who told me directly on the phone that the IGP said I offended him. The officer who led the team that demolished my property also said the same thing, that the IGP said I offended him. They are using different tactics, hoping to create the impression that I have issues with the IG. I don’t have problems with the IG, and if I did, I would expect to have been invited".

"I was detained for two weeks while they entertained eleven frivolous petitions at the STS, and finally, when the report came out, they did nothing. The woman came with some police officers to demolish property worth six hundred million naira (₦600,000,000) in broad daylight, ignoring the restraining orders issued by the Federal High Court against AIG Durosinmi and his team. But because they collected money from Bashir Fakorede and demanded ₦150,000,000 from me, which I refused, they are now trying to cause confusion for me everywhere".

"When my brother went to the High Court, Maryam collected ₦4,000,000 from them and organized a lawyer, claiming that the lawyer would stand before the magistrate. She collected the money from them, and I still have evidence of how they paid it. I told them I am not going to pay anybody. The lawyer that stood for my brother at that point wasn’t known to us. It was Maryam and Baba from Zone 2 who organized him. They want to meet me as they met Bashir. I am not a land grabber; I purchased my properties genuinely. We will not give anyone money".

"Tijani Taofeek, who claimed to be the OC, I want to assure you that I will not pay you a single kobo. If the IG wants to serve the whole of Nigeria, I am ready to be investigated again because I have been investigated before for several frivolous petitions, but not by anyone associated with AIG Durosinmi".

"Taofeek asked me to come around, claiming he would take me to the IG’s house if I could arrange ₦150,000,000. Money for what? They are working hand-in-hand with my ex-girlfriend Shakeerah, whom Bashir sent to have a romantic relationship with me to accomplish their missions. When they failed, the same Maryam recently called to say that Shakeerah is threatening her and that she’s going to lose her job. But now they have conspired again".

"Maryam and Durosinmi claimed the IG said I offended him. Offended him for what? What have I done wrong? The only thing I did was to protect my investments. Unveiling the Alleged Conspiracy Against Saheed Mosadoluwa:




For over two years, Hon. Dr. Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, CEO of Harmony Gardens and Estates Development LTD, has been the target of a relentless campaign of intimidation, blackmail, and attempted assassination, allegedly orchestrated by Shakeerah Ayobami Kareem, CEO of Whiterose Interior.

New evidence has surfaced, exposing a sinister plot aimed at destroying Dr. Saheed's business empire and tarnishing his reputation. The conspiracy began allegedly with Shakeerah Ayobami playing a pivotal role in financing and coordinating the attacks against Dr. Saheed, with accusations pointing to her involvement in an attempted assassination plot and subsequent blackmail efforts in which Ayobami Kareem created series of online fake instagram accounts amongst is said to be @bedqueen224 and others to spread falsehoods online to instigate public against her ex of just 3 months.

The alleged assassination attempt was thwarted when the hired assailant was apprehended within Dr. Saheed's estate by local vigilantes which police later investigated to link to one alleged reknowned landgrabber in person of Murphy Adebare A.K.A Topaz in which shakirah later finance the Oluwo's release and counter frivolous petition against Saheed Mosadoluwa with 2 million Naira.

She has been allegedly linked to several high-profile frauds, including the acquisition of properties from the late Buruji Kashamu and other prominent figures through deceitful means. Her supposed fraudulent endeavors didn’t stop there; she also reportedly played a role in the collapse of the 21-storey building on Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, which led to the tragic death of Femi Osibona, Managing Director of Fourscore Heights Limited.

Ayobami Kareem (A.K.A Dr. Shakeerah Whiterose) was at one point allegedly linked to spiritual clerics from Ilorin, Kwara State, praying for Dr. Saheed and enticing them with money to perfect her plans. Amongst them were Khaleefah and the renowned preacher, Baba Ote, all of which finally leaked to people around Dr. Saheed Mosadoluwa, who later sent the Khaleefah away from his prayer team.
Dr. Saheed became suspicious of Shakeerah’s intentions when it was discovered that she had been acting as a mole, allegedly coordinating the failed assassination and defamation attempts. Shakeerah had allegedly positioned herself close to Dr. Saheed, pretending to be a realtor to partner with his estate, in which they jointly formed the now-resolved Whiterose Properties, and later advancing in a romantic relationship while gathering information to aid in his destruction. Her ultimate goal, it appears, was to allegedly seize control of his extensive land holdings.

Shakeerah’s alleged fraudulent schemes extended beyond her attempts to use Dr. Saheed’s land in defrauding people. She is accused of duping Nigerians abroad by falsely claiming ownership of prime real estate, including the Lekki Cape Town project and land on Ostia Island owned by the late Bayo Osinowo, now managed by Dr. Tunde Osinowo. Shakeerah allegedly exploited ongoing developments in these areas to deceive investors, resulting in significant financial losses for her victims.

At one point, she started name-dropping a renowned businessman and developer, Mr. Lanre Ere, claiming that Mr. Lanre would use his contacts in the DSS to imprison Saheed Mosadoluwa. We learned that Saheed dismissed these threats, which further frustrated Shakeerah, leading her to link up with A.O. Alao, knowing fully that he and his client, Itunu, were at loggerheads with Saheed's companies, to cause more confusion for Dr. Saheed Mosadoluwa.

Dr. Shakeerah Whiterose also worked closely to disrupt the BHDSUMMIT2024, organized by Hon. Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, by contacting Dotun, one of Saheed's PR representatives, and also through voice recordings with the BRG team, all in her bid to discredit Saheed and damage his brand, Harmony Gardens. Aside that, Ayobami is currently re-aligned with Topaz, BOG, and Oni Orisan in their online defamation campaign against Mosadoluwa. The same Shakeerah played a significant role in causing conflicts between Saheed and Chief Muraina Banjoko (A.K.A. Threeco).

Despite the ongoing attacks, Dr. Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa remains undeterred. His company, Harmony Gardens and Estates Development LTD, continues to thrive despite the malicious efforts to undermine its operations. Dr. Saheed’s resilience in the face of adversity serves as a testament to his strength and determination to protect his business and reputation.

The same Ayobami Kareem was trying to link A.O. Alao in his land disputes with one of Saheed's companies, all in her effort to cause more confusion for Saheed, whom she is now labeling as a land grabber, while everywhere she is working to have him not just as a concubine but as a husband. This is not out of love but a move to gain a fair share of Saheed's land holdings through a "come and marry" game.

Bashiru Fakorede's Collaborator Modupe Oni-Orisan Exposed! Contradicts and Implicates Self in Oko-Orisan Land Dispute

The ongoing land dispute between Aare Bashiru Fakorede and Harmony Gardens Ltd., the owner of Majestic Bay Estate, leading to allegations, counter-allegations, and a series of dramatic events, seems to be sorting itself out with a new clarity made possible by the utterance of one of the main villains, Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan Damazio, in a new video.

In a video interview with an unidentified media outlet, Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan falsely claimed to be the family head, despite the fact that Pa Moshood Babatunde Oni-Orisan, the legitimate family head, is still alive. She admitted her knowledge of Pa Moshood as the agreed family head who alongside other Oju Ota Villager sold part of the land called Majestic bay to Harmony Gardens Ltd. She claimed that she is now the new family head, appointed on June 20, 2024. She claimed to have taken over the headship of the family from Pa Moshood, who has been there for years, which may not be an issue. But the issue is, how do you revoke a legal transaction carried out by a previous leadership?

She also accused Harmony Gardens' CEO, Hon. Dr. Saheed Mosadoluwa, of assaulting her, yet the video evidence she provided was just an attempt to rope the owner of the company into what seems to be a calculative attempt by her and her partners, Aare Bashiru Fakorede, to frame up Saheed and hijack the property, as the video does not show that Saheed was anywhere at the scene. For years, they have sponsored media attacks on the company owners.

Her claim that his necklace fell into her bra during the alleged assault further raised suspicions about her credibility. Moreover, in another leaked video, Mrs. Modupe can be seen admitting to destroying the fence on the disputed property, further implicating herself in the violent attacks.

The dispute centers around a 10-acre portion of the Oni-Orisan family's land within the Oju Ota Gazetted property in Oko-Orisan, Epe, Lagos, which was sold to Harmony Gardens by Pa Moshood Babatunde Oni-Orisan, along with other key family members, including Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan Damazio.

The conflict escalated on July 17, 2024, when a group led by Bashiru Fakorede and Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan stormed the Majestic Bay project with armed thugs and maliciously demolished significant portions of the estate. This act was done without the presence of a court sheriff, a blatant violation of Lagos State Property Protection Laws. The destruction, valued at over 600 million Naira, included the theft of a payloader machine worth 185 million Naira.

Despite Saheed's efforts to address the issue legally, including reporting the incident to the Commissioner of Police, the situation took a turn for the worse. The AIG allegedly took over the case, but the suspects were released, and Saheed’s colleagues, Chief Sulaiman Salau and Pa. Olatunde Alebiosu, who are Executive Management Officers of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited were surprisely illegally detained instead.

In response to these attacks, the Orisan community members intervened during the second attack, capturing some of the thugs and handing them over to the police. However, rather than proceeding with justice, the suspects were released, and Saheed's colleagues were detained on false charges.

Pa Moshood, the family head, even held a press conference in Lagos, where he defended the sale of the land to Hon. Audullahi Saheed's company, Harmony Gardens, emphasizing the legality of the transaction and his authority as the family head. He shared a 2022 newspaper publication confirming his appointment as the Olori Ebi (family head) by the Oni-Orisan Chieftaincy Family, highlighting that Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan had not contested his leadership until the recent dispute over the land sale.

During his speech, Pa Moshood revealed that the family owns approximately 5,400 acres of land in Epe, of which 2,000 acres have been acquired by the Lagos State government for the airport project and Oko-Orisan Scheme. He expressed bewilderment at Mrs. Modupe's sudden objections, given that there is still ample land available for the family's 77 grandchildren to share. He also disclosed that he had received land payment from Harmony Gardens, with the balance of N30 million pending due to the recent attacks on the company's property.

Pa Moshood specifically accused his half-sister, Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan, of orchestrating a campaign to undermine the legitimate sale of the land to Mr. Ibile's company and also condemned his sister for conniving with land grabbers to disturb the peace of Oko-Orisan community.

He recounted how she had filed a petition with the police, leading to his harassment by officers from Adeniji Adele and Zone 2, where they want him to implicate and deny selling the properties to Harmony Gardens to frame up Saheed Ibile, despite his advanced age and frail health.

He also criticized her for engaging Aare Bashiru Fakorede's hired lawyer to mislead Justice Harrison into issuing another Form O on an already executed judgment, which amounts to allowing further destruction of Harmony Gardens' property illegally, as the judgment was against another company, China Harbour, and not Harmony Gardens.

In addition, a letter from March 26, 2024, surfaced, revealing that Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan had previously acknowledged the sale of the land to Harmony Gardens. The letter, signed by several members of the Oni-Orisan family, instructed Harmony Gardens to suspend future payments to Pa Moshood's personal account and instead make them payable to the Oni-Orisan Chieftaincy Family, showing that Modupe Damazio knowingly engaged Aare Bashiru Fakorede to allegedly land grab what she knows her family had sold to Harmony Gardens, believing in Bashiru's influence with some senior police officers.

This letter contradicts Mrs. Modupe's claims of ignorance regarding the transaction and raises questions about her motivations.

As the legal battle continues, coupled with other events surrounding this issue, it appears that Mrs. Modupe Oni-Orisan's actions are driven by personal grievances and financial interests rather than a genuine concern for the family’s welfare. Harmony Gardens and Estates Development LTD, under the leadership of Hon. A few Days after Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote expressed his frustration over intimation from some people concerning his oil refinery investment and followed by news of possibilities of relocating his business to Gabon, Aviator cum real estate development mogul, Hon. (Dr) Saheed Mosadoluwa aka Saheed Ibile, the CEO of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Ltd, is in a similar situation.

At a recent Press meeting in Epe, Lagos, Saheed called out AIG Olatoye Durosinmi. He alleges that the AIG is hiding under Nigeria Police uniform and working hand in hands with landgrabbers. He alleges that these langrabbers were hired by Aare Bashiru Fakorede who conspired with Dupe Damazio Oni-Orisan to constantly threaten him and his business. Ibile alleges that Durosimi especially assigned men in police uniform to lead armed thugs to forcefully taking over lands and therefore he is considering relocating his business back to Dubai and Republic of Benin where he is already enjoying favourable support.

The straw that broke the Camel's back for Saheed Mosadoluwa, According to him, was a disturbing series of events which unfolded a few days back involving Majestic Bay Estate acquired property in Oju-Ota, Oko-Orisan village, Epe, Lagos State.

On July 17, 2024, armed thugs allegedly led by Sodiq Oloto, allegedly hired by Aare Bashiru Fakorede whom he described as a reknowned landgrabber, along with one Modupe Damazio Oni-Orisan, stormed Majestic Bay by Harmony Gardens’s with Armed thugs supervised by some policemen on alleged instruction of AIG Olatoye Durosinmi whom saheed is accusing of disliking him simply because he refused to appease him with money and also share land with him in the manner that other agents do. Saheed alleges that the intruders were supported by armed officers ASP Adeseiko Joseph, Insp. Sanni Osiegbe and Inspector Oluwarotimi Omolade attached to OC Anti Piracy and Oc Monitoring unit and Aare Bashir Fakorede led thugs Sodiq Oloto. Saheed accused them of maliciously demolished significant portions of the Majestic Bay Estate without the presence of Court Sheriff as stipulated by the Lagos State Property Protection Law 2016.

Saheed said he strived to address the issue legally, reported the incident to the Commissioner of Police through the CP Tactical officials. Saheed stated that they arrested Modupe Damazio and 2 other armed thugs but the AIG Durosinmi in other to thrive his landgrabbing business with Bashiru, according to Saheed, ordered their release and ordered the transfer of his company managers who are the nominal complainant in a previous complaint to the AIG Durosinmi, but received no actionable response.

Saheed continues his explanation: "The situation escalated on July 22, 2024, when the same group returned with armed officers led by AIG Zone 2, Mr. Olaoye Durosinmi's boys. This second incursion resulted in further destruction and AIG Olatoye Durosinmi had not stop and bent on forceful taking over of the property for sharing with Aare Bashiru Fakorede"

"Orisan Community members intervened during the second attack, capturing some of the thugs and Olatoye officers giving cover up for landgrabbers and handing them over to the CP Tactical team at Naforija Police Division in Epe. Among those apprehended was Modupe Oni-Orisan, who openly admitted in a video recording that she and her cohorts from AIG Olatoye Durosinmi were responsible for the demolition", Saheed said.

Saheed alleges that, however, rather than proceeding with justice, AIG. Durosinmi took over the case, transferring it to the Area Command in Elemoro . He then released the suspects and detained Majestic Bay Estate’s management, Chief Sulaiman Salau and Pa. Olatunde Alebiosu, who are Executive Management Officers of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited.

These actions, Saheed alleges, clearly shows that AIG Olatoye Durosinmi is working with Aare Bashiru Fakorede, Sodiq Oloto, Modupe Oni-Orisan and one Mike Utomi, and others to take over his Estate illegally in 2 different location, Oko Orisan and Bolorunpelu Onigbedu.

The business man said that despite clear evidence and confessions from the perpetrators, his colleagues are facing false charges and prosecution while the real culprits walk free.

Mosadoluwa is calling for the higher authorities to check the activities of Mr Olatoye, alleging that it is clearer that AIG Durosinmi is a party to this landgrabbing business in south west Nigeria and Mr Olatoye is still sending officers from Zone 2 for forceful take over even as the Attorney General of Lagos State had take over the case, and ensure that justice is served, protecting the rights of the true landowners and holding the actual culprits accountable.

He emphasizes that Lagos State Property Protection Laws prohibit the engagement of land agents and land grabbers and even law enforcement forceful taking over without the presence of court Sheriff with geniue warrant of pocession sworn in with survey attached. He however alleges that this has been blatantly ignored in his case by AIG Olatoye Durosinmi. The situation highlights a concerning abuse of power and manipulation of legal processes to cover up illegal activities and target innocent individuals, Saheed said.

According to him, these lands does not belong to him as a company owner but to Nigerians home and abroad who have invested their hard earn on the lands, and Mr Olatoye Durosinmi's efforts to hijack it is like trying to hijack people's investments for his partner in landgrabbing; Aare Bashiru Fakorede.

He stated that Modupe Oni-Orisan who is one of the spearheaders of this evil activities is the sibling of Pa Moshood Oni-Orisan. Pa Moshood is the head of the Oni-Orisan family and Modupe was one of the people who appointed him as the head of the Oni-Orisan family. The head of the family sold the said land to Saheed Mosadoluwa's company, Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Ltd with the signature of the rest of the family. Saheed Mosadoluwa insists that if Modupe Oni-Orisan has issues with her family and brother (the family head) over money, it is not him (Saheed ) she should disturb but the family whom he (Saheed) has duly paid for the acquisition of the land. And according to Saheed, the head of the family and other important members of the family are continuously backing and defending what they sold as they have never denied selling the land to him.

The entire destruction by these elements allegedly supervised by AIG Olatoye Durosinmi's boys was estimated at over 600million Naira, as part of what was lost during the destruction was a Payloader machine worth 185million naira which was taken away from the site by Modupe and his cohorts.

Saheed stated all these at a press conference held on Monday 29th July 2024 at the site of the destruction of his building sites by these elements.

Saheed Ibile was emotional as he spoke about his passion for the industry which is what has brought about so many of his real estate projects which spreads across the country aimed at providing homes to Nigerians. but it is sad that the gang- up against him has reached a point he can no longer tolerate.

Ibile however said "We have this same type of business in other countries including Benin Republic and Sudan, infact I was in Sudan the day Bashiru Fakorede led armed thugs came to destroy my property, and I tell you for a fact that there is no where else we get this type of frustration and intimidation except Nigeria. I am now beginning to understand people who always say they cannot do business in Nigeria or those saying they want to Japa with their businesses. I am facing the same thing too. Nobody can appreciate the Nigerian Government's support to investment more than I do but I am tired. Once we are done sorting out all our clients and ensuring that what they purchased from us is well stabilized, we might consider a full relocation of our development to another country except things actually get better by then without officers like this Durosinmi acting as aiders for landgrabbers."

He said he wasn't in the country contrary to the fake video they were circulating where they were shouting "that is Ibile". The business man said they kept chanting that in the video just to create an impression that he was among those who apprehended the landgrabbers in police Uniform attached to Modupe Oni-Orisan and Sodiq Oloto to frame him up, while their mission is to landgrabbed his investment which is pure joke from AIG Durosinmi. "I will not share 1 feet with him and Bashiru",he said.

Saheed said that even if the woman in question, Modupe Oni-Orisan had approached him and honestly asked for gift, he being a man of peace and considering that he legally got the land from the head of the Oni-Orisan family in the person of Pa Moshood Oni-Orisan, he (Saheed Ibile) would have considered Modupe's connection with the family and give her some amount from the abundance of his own heart, but it is sad that she resorted to violence by destroying his property alongside some hoodlums.
"Meanwhile, AIG Durosinmi has promised Fakorede and my business achievement detractors to deal with me by disgracing and destroying my brand, I have him on record saying it all. He continue calling and I told him that the restraining order by the Federal High Court against him on the Oko Orisan had been served on him and issues of his hide and seek should be stopped," Mosadoluwa added.

Alhaji Abdul-Moshood Babatunde, the head of the Oni-Orisan family in Lagos Island, has raised concerns over plans by DCP Ayilara, in charge of SWAT, who allegedly directed ASP Olalekan to maliciously charge him to court over his father's land.

Pa Mashood Oni-Orisan cleared the air on the controversy trailing the sale of a portion of the family's Oju Ota Gazetted property in Oko Orisan. He joined Obadimeji Oshodi in selling the land to Harmony Gardens, a top real estate firm owned by socialite Saheed Mosadoluwa.

Alhaji Babatunde said he has been moving in and out of the police station owing to the petition written by some aggrieved Oni Orisan members, working hands in hands with Bashiru Fakorede and Sodiq Oloto engaged as agents and allegedly stormed the said Harmony Gardens' properties and destroying some goods worth ‘billions of naira’.

In a meeting with Journalists in Lagos on Wednesday, Pa Mashood Oni Orisan said that the deal is ‘clean, valid, and cannot be reversed and he will not take money from Bashiru to deny what he had sold to Harmony Gardens.

Alhaji Moshood particularly fingered a half-sister of his, Mrs. Modupe Damasio Oni-Orisan, as the mastermind of the petition that landed him in trouble with police from Alagbon and A.O Olalekan attached to DCP Ayilara of Adeniji Adele, where he was reportedly tormented with no regard to his old age and failing health.

“I was surprised that at my age and with my level of mobility, A.O Olalekan from Adeniji Adele were tossing me around,” stressed the man in his mid-90s.

He explained his role in the deal:

“It’s true I sold 10 acres share part of the Oju Ota landed properties to Harmony Gardens on behalf of my family in Oju-Ota and Oko-Orisan. Family also sold 10 acres and the other Obadimeji Village, and the land giving to Oloja Epe, Lagos, with the knowledge and consent of my siblings.

My family has about 5,400 acres of land in Epe, which I think is more than enough for the 77 grandchildren to share. I have collected N35m advance, my agent also collected hoping to be paid the balance of N30m, which I have promised to share with others when Harmony Gardens pays but how should the company pay balance when they are destroying his property? But my sister would not accept this, hence the resort to a police case to force me to lie that Harmony Gardens hijacked the land they had paid for”.

Alhaji Moshood disclosed that, though the Lagos State government has acquired 2,000 acres from the land for the airport project and that of Oko Orisan Scheme, the family still has 3,400 acres left, which he insists is enough for everyone to share.

On the invasion of Harmony Gardens’ properties, Alhaji Moshood says the company and the family has petitioned the Lagos State Commissioner of Police and the Deputy Sheriff to investigate how Modupe and Bashiru misled Justice Harrison to issue another enrolment order on already executed judgement against China Harbour and prevents further destruction of the innocent buyer's property. He also alleged that the AIG of Zone 2, Olaoye Durosinmi, in the heat of the crisis, deployed armed officers on July 22, 2024, to provide security for the aggrieved family members and thugs led by Sadiq Oloto and Modupe, promising to provide video recordings and statements from suspects, showing the involvement of the culprits, allegedly supported by AIG Durosinmi.

Alhaji Moshood, therefore, called on the Attorney General of Lagos State to intervene and prevent “unlawful and malicious arraignment and prosecution since it a clear case that both DCP Ailara and Durosinmi are puppets of Bashiru Fakorede and Sodiq Oloto”

Accused notorious land grabbers led by Sodiq Oloto working with Bashiru Fakorede, was alleged to have connived with Alhaji Moshood’s half-sister to unleash mayhem over the land saga, culminating in the destruction of valuable properties and the arrest of some staff of Harmony Gardens.

A human rights advocacy group has vowed to intervene and ensure that justice is achieved and they have ask both AIG Durosinmi of Zone 2 to recourse himself from investigating the case because he is a party aiding and supervising landgrabbing for Sodiq Oloto and Bashiru Fakorede.

While promising to ensure a peaceful settlement of the crisis, Alhaji Moshood urged his siblings, who appointed him as the head (Olori-ebi) of the Oni-Orisan family, to allow peace to reign so that buyers can be sourced for the remaining vast expanse of land and everyone can be taken care of.

"They Framed Me, I Am Not A Criminal"- Akeem Owonikoko, A Community Hero In Ososa, Ogun State Cries Out To Nigerians For Help

Akeem Owonikoko, a respected and trusted member of the So Safe Corp in Ososa, Ogun State, is being accused by the Ogun State police of being an armed robber and a possessor of illegal weapons. However, the truth maybe far from what the viral videos and sensational headlines have portrayed. Akeem Owonikoko and his community are insisting he is not a criminal, but a community hero who has dedicated his life to ensuring peace and security in his beloved town.

In an exclusive and emotional video interview with the Yoruba Broadcasting Network, Akeem Owonikoko broke his silence and told his side of the story. He revealed how he became a victim of circumstances and how he was framed by some unscrupulous elements who wanted to tarnish his reputation and destroy his livelihood.

Akeem Owonikoko explained that he joined the So Safe Corp in 2014 after witnessing the havoc caused by a notorious cult group called Eye confraternity in his hospitality business. He said he bought a vigilante uniform and security gadgets, such as pepper spray, shockers, and jacklives, to equip himself for the task of protecting his community. He also joined other security groups like Agbekoya and Amotekun corps, where he worked with other volunteers to combat crime and maintain order.

He narrated how he acquired his first gun from a hunter named Victor in 2017, but later modified it to a smaller size because it was faulty. He said he used the gun only for self-defense and never for any illegal activity. He also recounted how he worked closely with various police departments and different DPOs, who recognized his efforts. He was appointed as the unit commandant at Ososa of vigilante corps.

The people of Ososa have also come out in full support of Akeem Owonikoko, testifying to his character and integrity. They have described him as a diligent, dedicated, and loyal member of the So Safe Corp, who has always been at the forefront of fighting crime and ensuring peace in the community. They have expressed their shock and disbelief at the allegations leveled against him, saying that they are baseless and fabricated.

If Akeem's side of the story is paid attention to and found to be clear: Akeem Owonikoko is not an armed robber, but a community hero who has been wrongly accused and unjustly detained. He deserves justice and freedom, not condemnation and imprisonment. He deserves the gratitude and admiration of his community, not the scorn and ridicule of the public. Nollywood actress Rachel Owaika Lawani has denied the allegations that female actors in the industry are involved in prostitution to make ends meet. Reacting to the common allegations, particularly one made by a Nigerian evangelist on Facebook, Victor Edet sometimes back, who claimed that 48 out of 50 actresses in Nigeria are into prostitution.

Rachel in an exclusive interview with our correspondent, said that the evangelist's statement was baseless, false and defamatory. She said that she and many other actresses work hard to earn their income from acting couple with other legitimate businesses.

"Nollywood actresses are not prostitutes. We are professionals who are passionate about our craft and we deserve respect and recognition for what we do. The evangelist is just trying to tarnish our image and reputation with his lies," she said.

She also blamed some of her colleagues habit of painting the job as a very lucrative one, for the reason people who know better, often question their source of income. She said that any actress who tells you they make money solely from acting is just telling lies. She said that the movie industry in Nigeria is just a platform to get exposure and use the exposure for more opportunities in business.

"I am not going to subscribe to the notion that because there is no much money in acting, then actresses are selling their bodies, but sincerely there are a lot of us who are into one genuine business or another. Therefore some of our colleagues should stop deceiving young girls coming in that the industry is an avenue to blow up financially," she said.

Rachel said that the actors should learn to talk about the challenges in the industry so that they don't give the incoming ones a false hope, but they should be encouraging them to have an alternative source of income. She however hope that one day, the industry will grow to be one that most practitioners will be able to rely upon as their only source of income.

The Guinness world record organization is fed up with the marathon craze in Nigeria. They issued a statement on their social media page.Nigerian chef Hilda Baci recently broke the Guinness world record for the longest cooking marathon. Since then, many other Nigerians have been trying to break different kinds of marathon records. Some of them are even risking their health and safety. For example, one person collapsed from exhaustion after a massage marathon. Right now, there are at least five ongoing marathon attempts in the country, including singing, crying, and more. The Guinness world record organization is not happy with this trend. They posted a warning on their social media page, asking Nigerians to stop abusing the marathon records. The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, intervened in the ongoing land dispute involving Murphy Adebare of Topaz Garden, ACP Jejeloye of the Lagos Taskforce, and LSSTF member, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan, concerning the Eyin-Osa community in the Free Trade Zone Parcel B and its resettlement area called Resettlement of Eyin Osa. On June 13th, the Commissioner invited all parties to his office at the police command in Ikeja, Lagos for a hearing, in an effort to resolve the matter.

During the hearing, Topaz presented his case, claiming that he had purchased 100 acres of land in Eyin Osa from Alhaji Shittu, the President of Eyin Osa United Kingdom. However, he alleged that he was attacked by hoodlums believed to be affiliated with Hon. Abdullahi Mosasoluwa, also known as Mr. Ibile, and Alhaji Threeco, a claim that Mr. Ibile denied.

Hon. Saheed Abdullahi Mosadoluwa, representing Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited, defended his position as a legitimate investor who had acquired land in Eyin Osa from the Eyin Osa Resettlement Committee. He provided evidence in the form of the Eyin Osa Memorandum of Understanding and the Eyin Osa Certificate of Occupancy.

Alhaji Shittu, the President of Eyin Osa United Kingdom, stated that the Lagos State Government had disavowed any agreement with Topaz through a publication in 2021. He clarified that the Certificate of Occupancy had been issued to the Eyin Osa Resettlement Committee, and he and his group had not conducted any enumeration. His grievances were directed towards the Lagos State Government rather than Hon. Dr. Abdullahi S. Mosadoluwa or the Eyin Osa Resettlement Committee.

High Chief Olatunde Oluwo, the recognized Chairman of the Eyin Osa Resettlement Committee, emphasized that the Lagos State Government had released the Certificate of Occupancy to the committee, which had collaborated with the government on the enumeration process. He stated that Alhaji Shittu and his associates had not participated in the enumeration and therefore had no legitimate claim within the Eyin Osa resettlement zone.

After carefully considering all parties and reviewing the submitted documents, Commissioner Idowu Owohunwa responded to the case. He stated that Eyin-Osa United Kingdom is not recognized by the Lagos State Government, rendering any land transactions conducted with this entity invalid. The Commissioner reiterated that the Eyin-Osa Resettlement Committee is the legitimate body representing the resettlement land, holding a valid Certificate of Occupancy issued by the government.

The Commissioner acknowledged that Alhaji Shittu and others who sold the land to Topaz had a genuine dispute with the Eyin-Osa Resettlement Committee and their assignees, as they had properly registered their land titles with the Lagos State Government. He further noted that Eyin-Osa United Kingdom's grievance lies with the Lagos State Government, as they have not completed the necessary processes to perfect their title with the government.

The Commissioner advised all parties involved to seek a peaceful settlement and explore the possibility of resolving the dispute through compromise. The hearing was adjourned for two weeks to allow for a progress report on the settlement efforts.

However, another investor from Whiterose criticized the Commissioner's advice, claiming that it disregards justice by suggesting negotiations with Murphy Adebare, who is seen as a notorious land grabber and has allegedly committed criminal trespass and misled law enforcement

Kwara State governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has debunked claims that the government sponsored a musical concert that featured pop star Wizkid in Ilorin. “The #Wizkid concert was not sponsored or funded by the state government,” AbdulRazaq said at the public presentation of a pictorial compendium of conditions of infrastructures in the state.
“It was purely a private sector initiative.” He, however, said the event was a welcome development to promote local talents in Kwara State.

The governor also denied claims that the government spent N200m to organise an end of the year party, saying those behind the rumours were responsible for the current challenges in the state.

AbdulRazaq said his administration will support initiatives that can help Kwara State tap into the potential in the entertainment and creative industry. “Ours is to provide the enabling environment for such initiatives,” he said. “Those who said we spent N50m to bring Wizkid also said we spent N200m on the end of the year party. They also said I bought bulletproof cars. These are laughable claims.” AbdulRazaq disclosed that he requested a meeting with Wizkid in his house on Wednesday where he sought a partnership to empower local talents especially the Kwara Idol and other government-owned programmes.
