Kindly wait for them....i dont know about your university you applied to but for us we are yet to send names for new students only old ones sent....Also our university resumes in October and this is August....its kinda early!

I had my interview on the 11th of Aug, which went well and I was told to check back on the 13th of August for my passport.
I got a printed paper attached to a green receipt stating that my visa had not been refused but ve been forwarded to the local Turkish authorities for further examination.

How long does it takes to get a response (on an average)? coz school resumes 1st of September.

Thanks. I also did mine similarly except that I didn't mention a specific date because I wasn't sure. Till this day I'm yet to hear from them (Abuja's office).

Would suggest I wait or request for another appointment and mention my preffered date?

I booked via mail,just told them dat I wud wand to book for fri,but thy replied after 30mins with 3 attachments containing bank name,address,amount n some personal info to fill n others, thy now booked me on mon telling me that every other dates have been filled up.

please how did you booked for the TB appointment at Abuja? (via email or phone call)

Did you include any attachment(s) with the mail you sent? (if you had booked via mail)

Finally, what is the average response duration after
booking via email (if applicable)

It is easy to get by on cabs in Abuja...and no drop was more than 300 naira for me...so maybe give Abuja a try

I recently got a 100% scholarship to pursue a straight PhD (without MSc) at a University at Istanbul. The offer includes; accomodation, access to library and fitness facilities, meals, personal laptop and a monthly stipend (as stated on my offer letter). The university had sent a hard copy of the offer letter to me and had also mailed the turkish embassy including my offer letter as an attachment (I was copied in the mail as well). Here are my questions- (a) do I still need to provide a bank statement inspite of the scholarship including a guarantee letter and other miscellaneous documents partaining to sponsorship during interview at the embassy? (b) I had booked an appointment with the embassy since 17th of june. Till this day, I've got no response. In view of this, I sent another reservation on the 2nd of july. Am I in the right track?
