Lagos on the other hand is a state in a country called Nigeria and is therefore subject to the laws of Nigeria as to who is a citizen and who is not. According to the laws of Nigeria, A Nigerian who has spent more than 8 years in a state or LG, or own land, can automatically be a citizen of that place. So you see now, that if majority of people in Lagos are not Lagosians by birth, they are indigenes and Lagos can be rightly characterized as no man's land.

How many SS indigenes own oil wells? Most of them are poor, with their lands polluted and unfit for agriculture and thus, scattered all over the country too. When they travel home, they pass the bridge too and pay just as Yorubas who reside in SE and SS pay too. So how do you then justify 90% Ibos using the bridge when even your people will also pay while they pay in Lagos too?

I guess your state is also No man's land since you have non indegenes as residents init?!

The kind of capital project we extend to Niger base on loan is so alerming.

The loan we borrowed is more like borrowing and looting borrowed loan.
No positive result from executed capital project.

Just waste of money, if the loan was used to complete badagry ten lane international road and extend the marina rail to badagry, we would be sure of getting returns from capital project.

But the government sees that kind of project and project for Yoruba people so they left Lagos state government alone to do that.

While I agree on your submission especially partiality and unfairness to Lagos that contributes over 60% of our non oil revenues

But Kaduna - Kano - Katsina - Maradi (Niger Republic) is an ultimate game changer to Lagos Port especially Lekki Ibeju seaport and the new Badagry proposed port

Niger Republic is already Landlock so Economic importance of the rail to Lagos include

*Export duty and Logistics fees to transport Niger Republic over 10,000 crude oil to international market or Dangote refinery

*Duties and Logistics fees on Cargoes going through Ibeju Lekki deep sea port to Niger


They might have done it for nepotism, but Yoruba are still 10 steps ahead of them
