airmark: That's how to analyse players and the system. You don't need to see Morata in Chelsea's first match before you know that he would't measure up to what is expected of him in our system. Sarri will need an overhaul to succeed, with the crop of players, Chelsea board forced Conte to work with.
Pep with majority of our players, not good enough for Russia, would have finished close to Brighton on the log. ah, it can only be airmark na wa you oh, you just had to find a way to put Morata into the matter |

“As a player, would you prefer to go to a team where they’re playing the kind of football Klopp is and winning the Champions League? Of course you would. “You’d much prefer that to going to Man United where they’re playing boring, negative football. “Most people I speak to say the title next season is going to be between Manchester City and Liverpool.
Any player joining United seems to go there for the money and no more for the prestige. |

Barcelona star Lionel Messi has told the club to move for Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso, reports claim. Alonso could leave the Blues if a new manager replaces Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge. If Sarri gets the 2 year contract from Chelsea, he wants right-back Elseid Hysaj, midfielder Piotr Zielinski and 32-year-old defender Raul Albiol to join him if he takes charge of the Blues. All three have release clauses worth £44m, £57m and £5.2m respectively. Sarri would also recommend that they move for defender Kalidou Koulibaly, who Chelsea failed to sign in 2016, while Napoli midfielder Jorginho, who is in talks with Manchester City, could prefer a switch to Chelsea. |

You know why we won the league last two season? Matic. He shielded the defense for kante to roam the midfield, so it is best we Jorginho a DM/CM who can shield the defense and Kante play box to box because he can run forward and recover as well. kingBolton: We need at least 4 new signings this summer. 2CM, a RW and a striker In this back line, only rudiger and cesar I think is fast enough for a high line. Alonso will get terribly exposed in this set up (watch spurs 3rd goal and see how Alonso was struggling to catch up with son). Christensen is also not fast but zouma is coming back so that area is covered. Fabregas is on his last legs the problem isn't saying Chelsea needs 2CM but saying which 2 they can buy and which ones will leave. and for that striker, if Chelsea could buy Giroud, refuse to sell Batshuayi to dortmund and doesn't have UCL to offer, which striker will they sign. if Fabregas were to leave Chelsea still has 4 other fringe CM to take his place if they can step up. |

Unlimited22: I don't think I want Fab to be a regular next season. If Barkley gets fit and sensible he can be tried in that role, with another CM, Van Ginkel in my opinion and Kante of course as DM, in a 4-3-3. Move Azpilicueta back to Right back, either play Emerson or get Raphael Guerreiro at left back, then play Rudiger and someone else, likely Cahill in the centre. The attack is where needs the most work as a decent backup for Morata and a new right winger are needed. Deadwood such as Drinkwater and Pedro should be cleared out, while Bakayoko, Giroud, Christensen and Alonso should be kept as squad options. in terms of what you wrote above without "Sarri" spending one dime (I read he doesn't like transfer windows) his first eleven would be TCourtios; Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Cahill, Emerson; Kante; Barkley, Van Ginkel; Willian, Morata, Hazard. bench: GK, Christensen, Zouma, Alonso, Zappacosta, Bakayoko, Fabregas, RLC, Moses, Giroud, Batshuayi |

(one more season of Cahill abi). I don't know about DW(Chelsea has alot of CMs "underperforming" but letting go of Pedro would be wise. he should follow luiz out the door. then spend at least €100m on a winger a backup for morata, what happen to Batshuayi. both of them can not stay and Chelsea go and buy a new CF. |

hensben: Guy this is Chelsea not Tottenham or Napoli. When last those two clubs won a trophy huh. We need established players to challenge for titles else we will loose some of our key players like Hazard, Willian. those teams have been in UCL for the past two to three seasons. their team bang in more goals than Chelsea and play an enviable style of football yet they didn't have to break the bank like city to win the league and Carabao cup or like united and still go trophyless. money doesn't guarantee victory. if you can't establish your own players then you have a serious problem. buying one or two "established" players doesn't change the fact that fringe (upcoming) players will be in a starting eleven. Liverpool is in UCL finals how many "established" players did they buy or have in their eleven |
