You might enjoy eating meat in your meal. But
here is a thing you need to remember. Just say
no to ‘pork meat’, you will get some valid
reasons to do so.


It is not surprising that in some religions the
consumption of pork meat is prohibited. It is not
actually only a religious thing, but it is directly
related to your health. As we know pigs feed
themselves on almost everything which includes
spoiled food, urine, and faeces.
Now, the toxin which gets accumulated in pig’s
body due to consumption of poisonous things
remains in the fat cells and organs of the
animal.


Apart from this, Yersinia enterocolitica which is
a dangerous microorganism is readily present in
pig’s body. If this micro-organism enters human
body then it can cause vomiting, diarrhea,
cramps, fever and another sickness.
Recently some scientists found a deadly
contaminant which is termed as Ractopamine
in pig’s body. It is provided by the research that
one can die if consume this contaminant.
Taenia solium present in the intestines area of
the pigs can lead to tissue contamination along
with the loss of appetite.


There is a parasite called Trichinella which is a
roundworm which generally found in pig’s body.
This dangerous parasite leads to fever, malaise,
myalgia and edema. It also causes chills,
migraine and excessive sweating to the human
being after consumption.



There are a lot of chances that you will fall ill
after eating pork meat. The prime reason behind it is that pigs feed themselves on very low standards. They
are kept in a factory farm and used for meat
production.


Many times pigs don’t get enough sunlight,
clean pastures and clean air to breath. In order
to make the pigs grow early and turn fat, they
are almost all the time got fed with anti-
infection agents and medications rather than
green grass.


The environment where pigs grow up is not at
all clean. They are often surrounded with their
own urine, vomit, and feces. This makes pigs
breath lethal gas. It is often found that the
presences of ammonia in pig’s urine and feces
causes them pneumonia before the slaughter.


The most important thing is that the coke and
pork meat is a deadly combination which will
lead to a lot of toxic accumulation in your body.
After consumption of pork meat, a lot of
parasites can entire your body and can live in
your intestine. The worm and parasite will
definitely make you sick and you might have to
get operated to remove the parasite from your
body.


So, be careful and say no more pork meat for
you. It is for your health safety and the ‘no more
pork meat’ decision will help you to stay
healthy.

Yes and No. It is not necessarily that she is slim per se, it is the lack of sufficient fat/cholesterol/adipose tissue that is the reason.

Estrogen is biochemically derived or made in the body from cholesterol/fat.

So, if you do not have enough cholesterol, you do not make enough estrogen.

Estrogen is responsible for secondary sex characteristics: brea*st development, pubic hair, menses.

She needs to eat perhaps. But, I would suggest visiting a doctor for basic exam and tests too.

Yes. Definitely needs an endocrinologist. If you cannot afford or find one, find a good Internist and have them work her up for the cause of her estrogen deficiency. She is not making enough estrogen. The causes can be simple to complex.

Is she at least menstruating? Does she have full axillary and pubic hair development?

By 16y/o she should have full sexual development of full adult breas*t development, pubic hair and menstruation.

I guess it depends on what stage she is in breas*t development. Perhaps she has isolated delayed breas*t development.

IF she is not menstruating by now, I would consider taking her to an endocrinologist to investigate for cause of delayed puberty and/or breas*t development and possible hormonal disruptions.

How to make basic khimar

1. Buy 2.5m (3 yards) length x 115cm (45”) width of material. This would give you khimar length from wrist to fingertip, depending on your height.

2. Fold in half width wise. Use pins to hold the material together.

3. Cut a large curve from A to B (refer to the diagram).

4. Measure the circumference of your face from the top of your head to the point under your chin. Use this measurement to mark point C on the material.

5. Sew the front of the khimar from point C to D and leave the rest open for the face

6. Hem the lower edge and face opening as you like.

Well, piroxicam like felvin and feldene in some ladies do not relieve menstrual cramp.

Now this is the part where I'll have to ask you to send me a PM so I can recommend an effective antispasmodic or NSAID. But anytime your period is imminent, you can always take banana to help cushion menstrual cramping. I was told it helps!
