With Tosin and Badiashile paired in the same defensive line, you’re asking for trouble. Their profiles don’t complement each other, and the gaps in positioning become easy targets for any competent attack, well wetin I know sef, but anything short of 2 goals+ winning margin will not be accepted .

Shot-stopping remains the core reason why a goalkeeper is signed any other attributes is just Jara. If a keeper is elite with his feet but weak at saving shots or commanding the box, he is just a midfielder with gloves in his hands 😂 not a reliable goalkeeper.

If the role of a goalkeeper is now 30 percent passing, 30 percent sweeping, 30 percent commanding the box, and only 10 percent shot-stopping, then why is every great goalkeeper’s legacy defined by the saves they made?
