The mother whose identity appears to have been stolen, applied for an ID document in 1995 in Tshwane. The first red flag came when she went to collect it. Chidinma did not steal someones "identity", Home affairs replaced the original's owners ID with her name. Your ID'shave a date of birth in them and additional numbers. A new one can always be created in the system.
