Got invitaion latter on friday to study in vn karazin national university in ukraine kharkiv. My problem now is the visa because the woman said i would have to pay 1500d for visa assistance or go there with required document and pray 2word it. Please nairaland..... do u think d visa assistance fee is much and how can i get a visa assistance which i should be sure of visa in abuja

The police yesterday took credit for the rescue of kidnapped footballer Christian Obodo, telling newsmen that they stormed the kidnappers den, rescued Obodo and arrested most of the kidnappers. But the people who live in the community where the footballer was rescued are now saying that the police had no hand in saving the footballer. According to their story, Christian Obodo escaped from the hands of the kidnappers when he was taken to a restaurant to eat last night. The footballer started screaming for help, saying that he had been kidnapped. The people in the community swiftly came to his rescue before the kidnappers could come after him again.

They claim that they were the ones who invited the police, who then took Obodo away. According to the people of a community in Isoko North LGA, no one was arrested.

Am planning to travel to ukraine, kharkov for a degree programme, I have been told that they dont allow international students to work while studying, and i need to earn money while studying in other for me to be able to pay for further tuition fee and others, am very good at playing football, is there any way that i can work or any possibility if i could be lucky playing for a local club and studying aswell.

I hears u can't work as well studying in ukraine.... Please naija brother in ukraine share your expriense on how you survive and also becoming a citizen.
