The road you mentioned is a federal road, the governor had been on the federal authorities neck, calling for the reconstruction of the said road and it was sometimes (about 2years ago or so) awarded for reconstruction by the federal government

All what the media are saying about Kogi state and Yahaya Bello are propaganda. Kogi state is one of the best state generally. GYB is doing greatly.
